Ok, after spending about 40+ hours in this exciting room over the past 2 and half days, we are pumped with current results. So far, San Diego seems a lot like my basement though. 😁 Come see the #WoF demo @mmsmoa next week! This stuff is cool! @2pintsoftware @PatchMyPC

Yea, good PSA to everyone out there, Microsoft did what they said they would do this month in their continuing effort to eliminate NTLM and it's impacting things in fun ways. But it's hard to keep track of all this; who actively goes and looks for KBs and tracks them over time?
UPDATE: The answer was in a doc from August 2025. Link below. Apparently, even if you think you've killed off NTLMv1, "remnants of NTLMv1 cryptography are still present in some scenarios such as when using MS-CHAPv2 in a domain-joined environment." Sigh. support.microsoft.com/en-us/…

Man ... there is so much to talk about this month. From last month's 'flawless' releases to this month's long list of "stuff that is now EoL". Still waiting for NightmareEclips to drop ... whatever is coming. If they do, we'll let you know.
Microsoft dropped the patches. Now comes the fun part. 🙃 What needs attention? What can wait? We're breaking it all down at October's #PatchTuesday Support Group, plus industry news and live Q&A. Join us ➡️ bit.ly/4hGkrPh #MSIntune #ITCommunity #PatchMyPC

Sorry, @BelaLior ... I'm not a good person. I didn't have the strength to resist.
Windows Update certificates expire in May and June 2027. Most current devices need no action. Older or outdated ones can lose Windows Update if you wait. Early guidance from Andrew Brown: what to update, what to upgrade, and why to plan now. techcommunity.microsoft.com/… #windows #intune #WindowsAutopatch

Nobody _wants_ to order vulnerabilites but if you did; you'd want to track them ... right?! That's our goal here with Exposure Tracker. The next release of CVE Insights will bring us even closer.
You have high standards for knowing where your pizza is. 🍕 Order received. In the oven. Out for delivery. At your door. Now you can expect the same transparency from your patches. With CVE Insights + Exposure Tracker, follow vulnerabilities from published to patched and know exactly where things stand along the way. Track your patches like you track your pizza.

WDS Deprecation is making the rounds Like #WSUS, this is a total nothing burger Still in Server 2028 Supported until 2038, maybe longer You have, at absolute minimum, 12 years to figure this out. I suspect you have more important things to worry about. support.microsoft.com/en-us/…

#ConfigMgr 2609 hits early ring. Nothing particularly exciting to see here; a bunch of deprecations and updated dependencies. If you have workgroup devices; do note the deprecation of automatic approval for all devices. learn.microsoft.com/en-us/in…

#ConfigMgr admins. Do NOT upgrade SQL ODBC driver to the latest version 18.7.1.1 For the second time in a year, it breaks ConfigMgr. Roll back to 18.6.2.1 and reboot to fix it!
