G2 - TES preview for today
TES has gotten weaker throughout the season and even tho ive got 369 similar to zuian in the data the sub for sure isnt helping them. creme is by far their best and most consistent player while g2 is quite even across the roles, caps didnt shine first 2 games on picks that he doesnt usually play, but i think if he performs standardly g2's got this in the bag
my updated projections for who's going to knockouts and who's winning the tourney after day 1 and some bugfixing on my model
realistically i can only see the koreans lifting the trophy. kc has closed the gap to g2, and i still don't see koi making it even though i have them favored even more than market against cfo, looking rough for them in the bo3s
KC - LYON preview for today
throughout the season i've never had lyon over KC even when they peaked at MSI. canna over dhokla gap is huge, and even tho yike has been underperforming i don't think inspired has a mega clear edge there
kyeahoo is way too stable of a player unlike saint, so unless lyon gaps in draft i'm expecting a kc dub
worst performing champs list is here, ksante has probably just been overpicked in spots, and as a sylas player i have a feeling ppl are picking sylas in absolutely horrid spots. that champ is op, you just can't randomly pick it
i also have a feeling ppl don't really understand when wukong is good so probably why he's up here. and some champs like mel azir aurora jhin jayce are just absolute ass and your coach should get permabanned if you're prioritizing these
here are best champs in 2026 that performed better than the odds (my data might be slightly dirty here)
odds captured prematch on pinnacle, not after draft, which i'd interpret as the champs just being generally strong rather than the market is underrating them
xayah's even better with rakan and ashe is even better with seraphine, and as someone who watched most games this year i'd agree that these champs are mega op
one singular like and i will post the worst champs too (2 of them begin with a j)

i got mercy9 as the best and most promising mid in EMEA, toffe being just slightly under him, teams should definitely consider these two for LEC over importing average koreans (3rd and only other younger mid laner i'd try is kamiloo but he's a bit more below these two)
here's my list of eu/kr prospects to keep track of for 2027 based on LCK CL/ERL data, only thing i filtered for here is that they have to be 21 or younger
noticeably the korean prospects look a bit worse compared to the LCK average as the league is quite stacked, and there's no mega promising talents my model sees there in mid/adc
some thoughts on mid lane for worlds swiss stage
- chovy is clear #1 and #2 #3 #4 are really close
- everybody loves ryze and this champ sucks if u pick it too early in the draft
- leblanc and aurora are usually free loss in most spots even tho some players like them. i much prefer sylas/yone/akali/anivia for pocket picks
- i hope DK relies on showmaker more rather than having him play stuff like viktor orianna
- according to my model looks like TES performance might completely depend on whether creme can cary them or nah
- faker looks horrible in data but he's obviously doing something right eh
- i have eu mids ranked much lower but my model might just underestimate eu competition a bit, tho mid is very competitive this year at worlds. e.g. i have canna much higher for top (#7) than caps/kyeahoo for mid
have seen some insane estimates on who's gonna proceed from swiss stage so posting my own predictions
playin stage was a bit difficult bet wise but ended up profitable, bets i like for the 1st set of games:
kc @ 2.9 thunderpick
dk @ 52c (good up to high 50s)
tl @ 72-73c
tes around 20c
cheers and let's win
