Tiger Woods is back home after completing a month of rehabilitation in Zurich, Switzerland.
The 50-year-old golf legend was spotted walking on the tarmac at Palm Beach International Airport on Wednesday after flying in from Europe.
Woods shared that this time away was necessary “in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.” He remains focused on returning to the game he loves.

Speed comes from braking, not just accelerating
In high-speed swings, segments of the body don’t all accelerate at once, they fire, then brake.
➡️Hips accelerate → then decelerate hard
➡️That braking transfers energy up the chain (torso → arms → club)
Faster players create speed because they slam on the brakes at the right time, not because they just spin faster.
Rebound swings are an advanced Speed Drill to train this.
Full send through impact → then snap it back as fast as possible.
That rapid reversal trains your body to decelerate, stabilize, and re-fire.
