Just went through the $ABR Q3 2026 earnings call transcript. Arbor Realty Trust, the commercial real estate lender. Still working through the numbers, but the tone on that call stuck with me. Curious how the rest of the quarter shakes out.

$CHERY revenue +12%, gross profit +32%, net profit down 2.8%. Selling more cars, earning more per car, still less comes through. Margin and top line up, bottom line shrinks. I'd rather own this than a buyback story.
