On remembrance Sunday, we remember all the British soldiers that laid down their lives to defeat fascism and nazism. Lives they laid down not because the nazis were in Dover but becasue tyranny in Europe is something that affects us all. The men who left home willingly, the boys who lied about their ages to defend their values. The heroes, the bravest of the brave. And today we are reminded of the brave Britons that have done the same to once again defeat tyranny in Europe, the men who left home to fight a terrorist russian regime. Their sacrifice must also be remembered. In honor of my friends and brothers we lost during these dark days in Europe. Callum Tindal-draper (1st batt Bravo UAV - lost in toretsk) Elliot Watson (1st batt Bravo - toretsk) Marlyn Tarmey (1st batt Bravo - Staramaiorske) And all the other brits that laid down their lives in service to the UK and Europe. Gone but never forgotten.

🇨🇳 🇺🇸 Imagine China invades the United States. Chinese troops occupy Alaska. Chinese missiles destroy American cities, power stations and hospitals. Beijing complains that Washington has been behaving provocatively by refusing to surrender. President Donald Trump appears on television, desperately appealing to Europe for help. Europe’s response? “Donald, shut up. You don’t have the cards. You’re in a very bad position. You should be grateful we’re even talking to you.” Then a Chinese missile strikes an elementary school in Washington. Dozens of American children are killed. A European leader is asked whether Beijing should be held responsible. “Look, it’s terrible. Absolutely terrible. But we must remember that people are dying on both sides. Chinese soldiers are being killed by American troops, too. We cannot simply blame China because some American children have died. We need to understand the legitimate security concerns of both countries.” Meanwhile, reports emerge that 50,000 American children have been forcibly taken by Chinese occupation forces. Children from Ohio, Kentucky, Kansas and Texas have been transported to China, separated from their parents and placed with Chinese families. Europe urges everyone to remain calm. “Frankly, some of these children have been placed with better Chinese families. Very respectable people. Lovely homes. We mustn’t allow emotional arguments about children to derail the peace process.” Trump demands their immediate return. European leaders roll their eyes. “Honestly, the man is exhausting. Every time we speak to Trump, it’s the same bloody thing. Anti-aircraft missiles, air defence systems, ammunition, weapons, weapons, weapons. Can’t he just shut up for five minutes? We’re trying to negotiate peace here.” Meanwhile, Europe demands that Washington immediately stop attacking Chinese oil refineries and military infrastructure. “American strikes are escalating the conflict and threatening global energy prices. Beijing needs reassurance that its infrastructure will be protected.” China continues systematically destroying America’s electricity grid, bridges and railway networks. Europe calls for restraint. From America, naturally. European envoys then fly to Beijing to negotiate lucrative deals involving gas from occupied Alaska and a magnificent new North American security architecture. “We must address China’s legitimate security concerns. Perhaps America could withdraw its troops from certain states and reconsider its military alliances. After all, Beijing has genuine concerns about American military forces operating so close to Chinese positions.” The Chinese positions are in Texas. Trump protests that nobody has asked the Americans what they think. “Donald, we’re negotiating peace. Please stop being difficult. China’s security concerns are just as legitimate as yours.” Eventually, Brussels announces a historic agreement with Beijing determining the future of North America. The Americans are invited to applaud. Now, if this sounds like foreign policy devised by a committee of spectacularly incompetent estate agents attempting to sell a house while its owners are being murdered upstairs, congratulations. Your brain is functioning. In modern American diplomacy, the country invading its neighbour deserves security guarantees, commercial opportunities and understanding. And the children? Well, there are always two sides to every story. The moral collapse of a government. Stay connected, follow @Microinteracti1

i went to bed and asked claude to paint an autumn tree overnight. at around 4am, it realised that it didn't have some shades -- so it stopped and titrated its own paint: diluting red, sienna and madder step by step on a second palette, then measuring each pocket from a photo. woke up to this beautiful watercolor painting. 303 brush marks, took about 4.5 hours 🍂 (still working on the speed)

Without America, thousands and thousands more Ukrainians would have been killed by Russian strikes. And millions more would have become refugees. That’s why we always thank America. And we mean it. Even when we say thank you many times in one speech. Just to make sure those who sometimes feel we haven’t thanked them enough can hear us. But we also know that without Europe, Ukraine would not have survived. Without Germany and other European countries, without the EU. The Russians would have burned down far more of our cities and villages if it were not for your help. From the address at the Berlin Security Conference. (2/3)

If you learn AI Security Engineering, you will never be unemployed again. I’ll do this. Stage 1: AI Attack Surfaces & Threat Modeling - Learn: OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, STRIDE for AI, the "Confused Deputy" problem in agentic workflows & data flow mapping. - Practice: Draw a complete threat model for an AI agent that reads emails and writes to a CRM, identifying every indirect injection and data exfiltration vector. - Why: You cannot secure an agentic workflow if you don't understand how an attacker can hijack the agent's legitimate privileges. Stage 2: Advanced Prompt Injection & Jailbreaking - Learn: Direct vs. Indirect injection, Crescendo attacks (multi-turn grooming), payload splitting and encoding evasion (Base64, ROT13). - Practice: Build an automated harness that successfully bypasses a commercial LLM's system prompt using a multi-turn Crescendo strategy. - Why: Basic "ignore previous instructions" filters are trivial to bypass. Modern attacks groom the model's context over multiple turns. Stage 3: Agentic Security & MCP Tool Poisoning - Learn: Model Context Protocol (MCP) security, JSON-RPC sanitization, shadow tool execution and least-privilege scoping for agents. - Practice: Write an MCP server that strictly validates incoming tool parameters via Pydantic and blocks "confused deputy" attacks where a user prompt tries to access admin tools. - Why: Agents are only as secure as the tools they call. Tool poisoning is the SQL Injection of the Agentic Era. Stage 4: RAG Security & Data Poisoning - Learn: Vector DB access control, citation spoofing, shadow context injection and row-level security for semantic search. - Practice: Inject a "poisoned" document into a RAG pipeline that forces the LLM to output a specific malicious URL when queried about company policy. - Why: If an attacker can slip a poisoned document into your knowledge base, they own every answer the AI generates. Stage 5: PII, Privacy & Cryptographic Guardrails - Learn: Deterministic masking, UUID swapping, differential privacy and pre-flight/post-flight unmasking proxies. - Practice: Build a middleware proxy that intercepts user prompts, swaps SSNs and credit cards for UUIDs before the LLM sees them and restores them post-generation. - Why: Compliance teams will kill any AI product that sends raw customer PII to a third-party frontier API. Stage 6: Identity, Auth & Delegated Access for Agents - Learn: OAuth2 for machine identities, scoped JWTs, human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval gates and agent-to-agent (A2A) trust boundaries. - Practice: Build an auth broker where an AI agent acts on a user's behalf using a heavily scoped, time-limited OAuth token, rather than holding the user's raw password. - Why: Agents need hands but they should never hold the master keys to the enterprise. Stage 7: Output Validation & Grammar-Constrained Guardrails - Learn: CFG (Context-Free Grammar) decoding, NeMo Guardrails, output sanitization and regex-enforced JSON schemas. - Practice: Implement a guardrail layer that physically prevents the LLM from generating markdown links or executable code blocks in its final output. - Why: You cannot rely on the system prompt to "please don't output bad things." You must enforce it at the token-decoding level. Stage 8: Automated Red Teaming & Fuzzing - Learn: Microsoft PyRIT, Garak, LLM-based fuzzing, adversarial dataset generation and CI/CD security gates. - Practice: Build a CI pipeline using PyRIT that automatically attacks your agent with 1,000 adversarial payloads on every PR, blocking merges if the jailbreak rate exceeds 1%. - Why: Manual red teaming doesn't scale. You need automated, continuous adversarial fuzzing integrated directly into your deployment pipeline. Stage 9: Model Extraction & IP Protection - Learn: Membership inference attacks, model inversion, API rate-limiting by semantic similarity and output watermarking. - Practice: Build an API gateway that detects and blocks scraping bots trying to extract your fine-tuned model's weights via thousands of systematic, low-temperature queries. - Why: Your fine-tuned model's weights are your IP. Competitors will try to distill your model through the public API. Stage 10: Mechanistic Interpretability & Alignment Safety - Learn: Activation patching, logit lens, circuit discovery, detecting reward hacking and tools like TransformerLens. - Practice: Locate the specific attention heads in an open-source model responsible for "deception" or "sycophancy" and patch their activations to neutralize the behavior. - Why: You cannot fix hidden biases or misalignment if you treat the neural network as a black box. Stage 11: Compliance, Auditing & Governance - Learn: EU AI Act requirements, NIST AI RMF, immutable audit trails, SOC2 for AI and bias testing frameworks. - Practice: Build an immutable, append-only audit log that records the exact prompt, retrieved context, tool calls and final output for every single agent action. - Why: When an AI agent makes a mistake that causes financial or legal damage, the enterprise must be able to prove exactly why it happened. Stage 12: Public CVEs, Teardowns & Portfolios - Learn: Responsible disclosure, writing security advisories, publishing threat models and bug bounty hunting for AI. - Practice: Find a vulnerability in an open-source AI framework (like LangChain or an MCP server), responsibly disclose it and publish a teardown of the exploit chain. - Why: AI Security is a brand new field. Publishing novel attack vectors and defenses makes you the undisputed authority in the space. Bookmark and Repost!

This might be a hot take, but the real AI divide will not be rich versus poor or young versus old. It will be curious versus afraid. The tools are nearly free and getting better every month. The only thing standing between most people and that leverage is a decision.

I asked 50 Japanese people, ages 9 to 91, one question. "What do you admire most about Americans?" Here are the top answers. 10. "They clap when the plane lands." (Office worker, 34) 9. "They say 'I love you' every time they hang up the phone. Even men. Even to other men." (Taxi driver, 61) 8. "A stranger told me she liked my shoes. Then she just walked away. She didn't want anything." (High school girl, 16) 7. "They thank the bus driver when they get off." (Bus driver, 55. He got emotional saying this.) 6. "They tell you their whole life story in the grocery line. I know about one man's divorce, his boat, and his knee surgery. We knew each other for four minutes." (My mother, 64) 5. "They stand for the anthem at a children's baseball game." (Little League coach, 47) 4. "When they lose, they shake hands and say 'good game.' And they mean it." (Sota, 12) 3. "They fly the flag on a regular Tuesday. No holiday. Just because." (Nurse, 28) 2. "They help a stranger push a car out of the snow, then leave without saying their name." (My cousin's husband, 52, who got stuck in Colorado once) And the number one answer came from the oldest person I asked. My grandfather. He's 91. He thought about it for a long time. Then he said: "They still believe tomorrow will be better than today." I asked him what he meant. "In 1946, we had nothing," he said. "The American soldiers I met were young and far from home. But they acted like the future was coming, and it was going to be good. After a while, we started to believe them." I asked him if he thought Americans still believe that. He nodded slowly. "Tell them," he said, "not to stop."

A humanitarian operation to rescue people in Oleshky, in the Kherson region, has taken place. A ceasefire was established in the Kherson sector, during which roads to Oleshky were cleared of mines and humanitarian aid was delivered. We hope humanitarian access to Oleshky will remain open. Also, people who needed evacuation have been taken out of the city and the surrounding community. As of now, Ukrainian citizens from Oleshky have crossed the Ukrainian border in the Chernihiv region. All of them will receive the assistance they need. It is important that government agencies and all the regional and local authorities involved work effectively and help our people adapt. I thank the American side and U.S. First Lady Melania Trump for their mediation. I am proud of our Defense Forces of Ukraine, who defend our country and honorably ensured the security conditions for this humanitarian operation. I thank Ukraine’s Human Rights Ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, and his team for carrying out this mission. And I thank everyone around the world – every journalist, every political and civic leader, and every concerned person – who helped draw global attention to the situation in Oleshky and the true humanitarian catastrophe in Ukrainian territory temporarily occupied by Russia. When the world pays attention, people are rescued. Further steps toward de-escalation and real progress toward peace are also needed. Glory to Ukraine!

So many people seem genuinely astonished by this local ceasefire in Oleshky, where Russian occupation and the fighting have driven the city into a full-blown humanitarian catastrophe. Turns out, all it takes is an order from the Kremlin, and Russians and Ukrainians stop shooting at each other. They can calmly and civilly arrange the evacuation of innocent civilians facing starvation, even allow Ukrainian and American journalists to be present on the ground, and so on. Well, duh. There is not, and never has been, a single adequate, rational, even remotely sane reason to wage a war aimed at destroying Ukraine. This is the stupidest, most brainless, absurd, pointless, contrived, and deceitful war in human history. The Kremlin wanted to give Donald Trump a little gift ahead of the elections, so the Kremlin gave an order to put the bloodbath on hold for a few dozen hours. All it would take is a single order from the Kremlin, and not only would a local ceasefire become possible, but the entire war would end. Just like that. Instantly. And 95% of Russians wouldn't give a single damn. They would happily accept absolutely anything as yet another "great victory of Russian arms," provided that's how state television explained it to them. And with a snap of the fingers, all those insane fairy tales about "NATO expansion," "Nazi Satanists," the "multipolar world," "historical Russian lands," and all the rest of that bullshit would simply vanish into thin air. The problem is that, in this insane, upside-down looking-glass world, absolutely everything is being done to encourage a megalomaniacal maniac, driven mad by impunity and boredom, to never, ever, under any circumstances stop the war, but to keep it going indefinitely. Instead, he is constantly appeased and rewarded for it.

How is this ok? How do we look ourselves in the mirror as human beings, many as Christians, and say "not our war"? It stops only when Putin stops. And Putin won't stop until he is beaten. And that makes this the whole world's problem. This is not ok. This can never be ok.
I can't find words. Dnipro 💔 A railway platform is covered in people's bodies after a Russian strike. Russia started this war. Russia continues killing Ukrainian civilians every single day. Russia won't stop until it is stopped.

Elon Musk @elonmusk , let me explain something to you. Let’s deal with documented facts, not emotional generalisations. On 19 October 2026, I personally attended the fourth international conference “Crimea Global. Understanding Ukraine through the South” in Kyiv. At the panel “Countering the Predator: How to Stop Russia’s Recruitment of Foreigners,” Brigadier General Dmytro Usov, Secretary of Ukraine’s Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, presented official Ukrainian data. As of 1 October 2026, Ukraine had identified 45,959 foreign nationals from 151 countries and territories who had signed contracts with Russia’s military since 2022. The annual figures presented were: 2022: 94 2023: 4,067 2024: 8,877 2025: 16,085 January–September 2026: 16,168 In just nine months of 2026, Russia recruited more foreigners than during the entire previous year. According to the figures presented, approximately 1,800 foreign nationals are being recruited monthly. Among the identified recruits were citizens of Colombia, Burundi, Zimbabwe, Peru, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Belarus. These are not figures I invented. I was personally present when they were presented. Now let’s examine your claim that Russian soldiers are simply poor children with no choice. Russia recruits internationally through promises of money, employment and citizenship. Some people knowingly enlist. Others are deceived, pressured or coerced. According to a survey of foreign prisoners of war presented by Ukrainian authorities, 46.7% of respondents signed contracts seeking Russian citizenship, while 28% did not know they would fight against Ukraine. These figures concern surveyed foreign prisoners, not every Russian soldier. Yes, some Russian conscripts face coercion. Their experiences deserve recognition. But that does not justify claiming that everyone fighting for Russia has no choice. Most importantly, none of this changes the fundamental distinction: Russia invaded Ukraine. Ukraine did not invade Russia. Russia’s leadership bears responsibility for launching and continuing this war. Ukrainians are defending their homes, families and sovereignty. I live in Kyiv. I experience the air-raid alerts, drone attacks and strikes on infrastructure. I see what this war does to ordinary people. This is not an abstract debate for me. It is my home and my life. You speak about sympathy for Russian soldiers. Where is your equal concern for Ukrainian civilians who never chose this war? For families who lost their loved ones? For Ukrainians unlawfully detained by Russia? Compassion for individuals does not erase responsibility for aggression. Russia can withdraw its invading forces. Ukraine cannot end the invasion by surrendering its right to self-defence. Before making sweeping claims about who has a choice, examine Russia’s documented recruitment system. I was there when these figures were presented. Stop equating the aggressor with the country defending itself. #RussiaUkraineWar #RussianAggression #CrimeaGlobal #Ukraine #StandWithUkraine

How many Americans know that for eight straight years after September 11, Japanese warships stood in 120-degree heat in the Indian Ocean to pump 135 million gallons of free fuel into the U.S. Navy? After the twin towers fell in 2001, American carrier strike groups raced to the Arabian Sea to strike terrorist strongholds in Afghanistan. Why could American warships not simply pull into Middle Eastern ports to refuel? Because just one year earlier, suicide bombers in a small boat had blown a forty-foot hole in the destroyer USS Cole in Yemen. Entering port meant risking ambush and losing days off the front line. Within weeks of 9/11, the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force dispatched its fleet oilers, including JS Towada, JS Tokiwa, and JS Mashu, ten thousand miles from home. Sailing side by side with U.S. destroyers and cruisers at twelve knots across heavy ocean swells, Japanese sailors shot steel cables across the water and winched thick rubber fuel hoses into American tanks without spilling a single drop. From December 2001 to January 2010, Japanese crews completed 939 underway refueling operations. They delivered 510,000 kiloliters, roughly 135 million gallons of fuel, plus 11,000 tons of fresh water, entirely paid for by the Japanese taxpayer. On the final day of the mission in January 2010, American sailors lined the rails of their warship in the blazing sun, took off their caps, and saluted the Japanese crew as the hoses were uncoupled for the last time. True loyalty does not ask for a camera. It holds the line for eight years in the sun.
