briar (they/them)

hey all!! i'm wide open for commissions right now! (I also know times are tough financially for folks so I'd be happy to figure something out in your budget, or do some more line-work focused pieces! link in my bio!) some recent examples of my art:

a commission for @byleslierene, inspired by Hellelil and Hildebrand, the Meeting on the Turret Stairs. it was such a joy drawing these characters and representing this story that I can't wait to read myself.

guess whose commissions are back open??? please pay me to draw gay people (and gay monsters!)

of course haha youtu.be/ZION_-IsJro?si=6n-x…

emerging from the void to share this commission for @authorhobaxter of Mars, Arlo, and Rani from FALLEN THORNS! thank you so much Harv for commissioning me, and everyone else, go check out FALLEN THORNS! (a slow-paced, vampire coming-of-age campus duology with a ND aroace MC!)

I designed an Ex Libris bookplate inspired by Cicely Mary Barker's Flower Fairies for families needing help in 🍉! This printable download is entirely pay-what-you-can and 100% of the proceeds will go towards GoFundMes for families in need. Available here: ko-fi.com/s/8ec25b554b

happy one year anniversary to A Long Time Dead, and thank you to the lovely author, Samara Breger for commissioning me to bring these sapphics to life.

calling what????? sourcing what??? how did no one catch this butchering and co-opting of jewish folklore/religious texts? this information combined with the dybbuk box debacle....

balloon day :)

hey lovelies! I have commission available in the upcoming months! I love to draw work heavy with symbolism, fantasy elements, academia, etc. and love featuring diverse identities, bodies, and relationships! i'm also open to working on larger & commercial projects!
