Replying to @united
@united denied my baggage recovery claim for my stolen steam deck due to their policy that it’s ok for their employees to steal from passengers’ checked luggage as long as they only take electronics. Still waiting for a call from a supervisor after 3 hours.

Over 24 hours and still no response from @united. On top of straight-up stealing things from my luggage with no explanation, they’re ghosting me. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.

Does @RollingStone even bother to make a list if they can't put Bob Dylan at the top of it?
