ALT Call for research participants - Career trajectories of racialised minority PhD and early career researchers in UK higher education What is the research aim? This project explores the underrepresentation of academic staff from racialised minority groups within UK universities. To do this, we will be using online interviews to look at the motivations, experiences, and imagined futures of racialised minority PhDs and early career researchers. Who can take part? - You are over the age of 18 - You identify as a racialised minority, sometimes referred to as Black, Asian, and Ethnic Minority (BAME) - You are a current PhD or early career researcher. An ECR is someone within 8 years of their viva. This includes part-time and full-time - You are enrolled in or were previously enrolled in a UK-based higher education institution for your PhD For more information Please email [email protected]
