Joni Ernst's ex-husband, Gail Ernst, claimed in divorce documents that she had an affair with one of her soldiers while she was deployed overseas.
Specifically, he alleged that Joni Ernst had a "sexual affair" with a soldier under her command during her deployment from 2003 to 2004.
Gail Ernst stated in his affidavit that he caught her secretly emailing the soldier and that she admitted to the affair, apologizing and begging him not to say anything.

What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error.
To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for Americaās trusted partners.
For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

When the rent is too damn high itās easy to hate the landlord making money off you. But when youāre a renterā¦you never have to make a repair, you never have to sock away $100K in cash for a down payment, and if your place burns down, you can just walk away.
Before you bitch about landlords, ask yourself: could you save up $100K right now to make a down payment? What about $10K repair when a pipe bursts? Or your government leaves 50 years of brush to BURN YOUR CITY DOWN? These are all things a property owner has to deal with. Risk, liability, maintenance, taxes, loss of liquidity, ever-increasing insurance costs, and no ability to evict someone who stops paying rent. Landlords earn maybe 5-12% margins off your rent. Consider it a tip for doing all the hard stuff of home ownership for you.
