Tesla’s crash test footage reveals why it’s the safest car on Earth 🛡️ The vehicle’s chassis is engineered to absorb impacts before they reach the passenger cabin. This design enhances occupant protection while also helping to reduce the impact forces transmitted to the other vehicle in a collision. In the event of a crash, the system detects the angle and conditions of the impact within 10 milliseconds and instantly activates the appropriate airbags and seatbelt pretensioners. It also features “Reactive Airbags” that adapt their deployment based on the type of collision and the occupants involved. These airbags intelligently adjust the internal cushion pressure by releasing the optimal amount of gas according to the anticipated severity of the impact. Additionally, a far-side airbag positioned between the front seats helps protect occupants from being thrown toward the opposite side during a side-impact collision. Buy Tesla if safety is your top most requirement for a new car 👍

I'm sorry I've been distant and haven't been posting here or responding to DMs as much. Since I won the anti-SLAPP ruling against my Cyberstalker Aaron Jacob Greenspan, he has been going berserk trying to get back at me. I haven't had time for much else. Since the anti-SLAPP ruling, Greenspan has filed an 8th version of his lawsuit against me and @elonmusk, this time adding a new claim of "false advertising" against me for my tweets on Autopilot and FSD. I've filed a second anti-SLAPP motion against the new false advertising claim. Greenspan also filed a motion for sanctions against me, which was denied. He asked the court to place me in default again (i.e. I lose the lawsuit by default), a request that the court rejected. He also filed a motion for sanctions against me, which was denied. He then filed a motion for reconsideration of the anti-SLAPP ruling against him, which was denied. Then he filed a motion for reconsideration of the order denying sanctions against me, telling the court that I was planning to buy a gun and murder him, which is completely false. He has asked the court to make a criminal referral against me for trying to murder him. Finally, he appealed both of the anti-SLAPP rulings against him (from both me and Tesla) to the California Court of Appeals, so now we will have to start a new process in the appeals court. Greenspan knows that all of these motions will fail. His goal is just to waste as much of my time and money as possible to try and hurt me as a form of retaliation. I know I will win, but he is an expert at stretching the case out for years and years. It has already been six years, and he is just getting started. I'm realizing that no matter how many times I win, he will never stop. I feel very alone. Nobody seems to quite understand what it's like to have an online stalker like Greenspan trying to do everything he can to hurt you, making false accusations, trying to have you charged with fake crimes, making false reports to the police, trying to bankrupt you, and more. If Greenspan has gone this far for this many years to try and silence my criticism of him and TSLAQ, I'm not sure there's anything he won't do. I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. What Greenspan has done over the last seven years has taken a toll on my health and well being. Recent medical tests have revealed a range of health problems that have surfaced in the years since Greenspan doxxed me and began targeting me. These issues put me at increased risk of heart disease and stroke, and I worry the stress that Greenspan is causing me with this never ending lawsuit is only making things worse. The scary thing is I feel like that's what Greenspan wants: he has fought for years to silence me, and if I die he will finally get what he wants. People don't really take online disputes as seriously as physical violence, but targeting someone you've never met online for years and years, filing thousands of pages of frivolous court documents, making crazy false accusations... it can definitely do real harm to people, it's not just online. All of this made me realize I can't just continue to ignore him and try to live my life. I have to do something. I've recently retained a new law firm to represent my company, which is also being sued by Greenspan in this lawsuit. This will hopefully help, but will be expensive. Retaining a law firm to deal with a case like this costs tens of thousands of dollars, and I've already spent more than $200,000 on legal fees and costs over the last 6 years. But what my new law firm told me is that once I win, I have a strong case for malicious prosecution via the SLAPPback statute. It turns out filing a lawsuit that you know is meritless against someone just to harass them is illegal. With a SLAPPback, Greenspan and his fake charity can be made to pay back the damages they've done, including actual harm, emotional distress, financial loss, and damage to reputation. The good news is the Court is starting to see Greenspan's abusive tactics for what they are. Attached to this post is a recently issued Order to Show Cause, where the Court has asked Greenspan to justify why his 8th version of the lawsuit shouldn't be stricken for improperly asserting a new false advertising claim against me without proper leave from the court. Unfortunately, the lower court hearings will likely be paused while we wait for the resolution of the appeal, which could take months or years. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Whole Mars by subscribing on X, Patreon, or donating directly. Without your support, I wouldn't be able to do this. A lot of people think I'm rich, but you would be surprised. Trying to support yourself as an independent content creator isn't easy, especially when Tesla short sellers are suing you for the better part of a decade for speaking out against them. I'm struggling hard and going through one of the most challenging moments of life trying to deal with this insane online stalker, and your support means the world to me. I'm going to be posting more about my story, making YouTube videos about what happened, and have setup a new website linked below to try and get the word out about what Greenspan is doing. Hopefully if I get the word out enough, someone will be able to help me stop Greenspan. Maybe some state or federal attorney or law enforcement could take action against him for cyberstalking or harassment, especially since I'm not the first person he's targeted. I'm calling out to all my followers and to the world for help. I've been facing this brutal online stalker for more than 7 years now, and I worry that if I don't finally do something to put an end to this, it's going to be the death of me. I took delivery of a beautiful new shiny HW4 Tesla Model X today, so I immediately took it out for an FSD test drive, a bit like I used to do almost daily for 5 years. Basically... I'm amazed - it drives really, really well, smooth, confident, noticeably better than what I'm used to on HW3 (my previous car) and eons ahead of the version I remember driving up highway 280 on my first day at Tesla ~9 years ago, where I had to intervene every time the road mildly curved or sloped. (note this is v13, my car hasn't been offered the latest v14 yet) On the highway, I felt like a passenger in some super high tech Maglev train pod - the car is locked in the center of the lane while I'm looking out from Model X's higher vantage point and its panoramic front window, listening to the (incredible) sound system, or chatting with Grok. On city streets, the car casually handled a number of tricky scenarios that I remember losing sleep over just a few years ago. It negotiated incoming cars in tight lanes, it gracefully went around construction and temporarily in-lane stationary cars, it correctly timed tricky left turns with incoming traffic from both sides, it gracefully gave way to the car that went out of order in the 4-way stop sign, it found a way to squeeze into a bumper to bumper traffic to make its turn, it overtook the bus that was loading passengers but still stopped for the stop sign that was blocked by the bus, and at the end of the route it circled around a parking lot, found a spot and... parked. Basically a flawless drive. For context, I'm used to going out for a brief test drive around the neighborhood to return with 20 clips of things that could be improved. It's new for me to do just that and exactly like I used to, but come back with nothing. Perfect drive, no notes. I expect there's still more work for the team in the long march of 9s, but it's just so cool to see that we're beyond finding issues on any individual ~1 hour drive around the neighborhood, you actually have to go to the fleet and mine them. Back then, I processed the incredible promise of vehicle autonomy at scale (in the fully scaleable, vision only, end-to-end Tesla way) only intellectually, but now it is possible to feel it intuitively too if you just go out for a drive. Wait, of course surround video stream at 60Hz processed by a fully dedicated "driving brain" neural net will work, and it will be so much better and safer than a human driver. Did anyone else think otherwise? I also watched @aelluswamy 's new ICCV25 talk last week (teapaw.org/aelluswamy/status/1981…) that hints at some of the recent under the hood technical components driving this progress. Sensor streams (videos, maps, kinematics, audio, ...) over long contexts (e.g. ~30 seconds) go into a big neural net, steering/acceleration comes out, optionally with visualization auxiliary data. This is the dream of the complete Software 1.0 -> Software 2.0 re-write that scales fully with data streaming from millions of cars in the fleet and the compute capacity of your chip, not some engineer's clever new DoubleParkedCarHandler C++ abstraction with undefined test-time characteristics of memory and runtime. There's a lot more hints in the video on where things are going with the emerging "robotics+AI at scale stack". World reconstructors, world simulators "dreaming" dynamics, RL, all of these components general, foundational, neural net based, how the car is really just one kind of robot... are people getting this yet? Huge congrats to the team - you're building magic objects of the future, you rock! And I love my car <3.
Replying to @aelluswamy

No, we don't have enough talent. Trump is right and the ultra right needs to adapt? I have now dedicated the past 12 years my day job to immigration, and can not count the numerous entrepreneurs that made this land a better land.
BREAKING: Trump says there isn't enough talent in the US. Trump: You have to bring in talent. Reporter: We have plenty of talented people here. Trump: No you don’t... you don't have certain talents.
