Thanks @StevenBartlett for such a great discussion on #DiaryOfACeo of how lifestyle modifications can impact brain health. The take home message: moving more and sitting less is one of the key pillars of preventing cognitive decline as we get older.
Out Now: The Brain Professor reveals why this common treat may be deadlier than smoking! 🧠 Professor @DavidRaichlen is an expert in Human and Evolutionary Biology at USC. An incredible honour to be able to dive into HIS brain to truly understand the vital link between physical activity and brain health. We explore: - Why exercising in green space is so important - The alarming truth about sitting & brain health - The health implications of WFH This episode is an urgent call to rethink our lifestyles for the sake of our brains and overall health - this is especially important if you work in an office job or work from home. 👉🏽 Watch Now g2ul0.app.link/DavidDOAC

You know what I realized about Ai images in your marketing? It sends out the message that you've got no budget. It's the digital equivalent of wearing an obviously fake Chanel bag. Your whole brand immediately appears feeble and impoverished

So the virus that causes COVID has the ability to hide from your immune system and mutate in different parts of your body. Places like your nervous system, gut, and more. So you'll have a negative PCR test and everything but your body is actually still being EFFED UP, BAD 😭😭

Cory Booker is right , Gabby is one of a kind.
Today marks 13 years since the tragic mass shooting targeting Gabby, nearly claiming her life…and sadly claiming the lives of six others. Gabby survived, recovered, and to this day is one of our great leaders for gun safety in the United States. Gun violence is the number one cause of death for children in this country. No other county has our level of gun violence and death. We are one of the most powerful nations in the world…yet we continue to fail in protecting our children from such a senseless and preventable threat. May Gabby’s story and her tireless work inspire us, and remind us that we should NEVER give up in the effort to defend our nation from one of our greatest threats to life - gun violence. I hope you will take action to help in this urgent American work.

Today marks 13 years since six people were shot and killed and 13 people were injured, including our founder @GabbyGiffords, at a Safeway in Tucson, Arizona. As we remember the lives that were taken and those forever changed that day, we will never give up the fight to prevent future tragedies.

13 years ago, I had just been reelected to Congress when my life and community changed forever. Six people were killed, 12 others injured, and I was shot in the head at a Safeway in Tucson. Our community lost so much that day, but we came together and found hope in one another.
