This is 17-year-old Stephen Miller, filmed in 2003 around the time of the US invasion of Iraq. In a 2017 article (link below), @vicenews confirmed Miller’s identity through three individuals who were present at the time, verifying the video’s authenticity. Miller is currently White House Deputy Chief of Staff.
There have been repeated attempts to scrub this footage from the internet, but as we all know, the internet is forever. This clip offers a glimpse into his early mindset!

The Scottish Parliament has overwhelmingly rejected a motion brought forward by Reform UK MSP Helen McDade calling for a ban on full-face coverings in public places, including the burka and niqab worn by Muslim women.
The motion argued that such a ban could improve “public safety, individual liberty and community cohesion”.
The bid to ban the burqa was condemned as "an attack on Muslim women" and “inciting racial hatred."
MSPs backed a Government amendment that said it was “not for Parliament to legislate for what women choose to wear” and that parliamentarians should “lead by example in rejecting the language and actions of those who seek to divide Scotland’s communities in person and online”.
That amendment passed by 92 to 15 votes with eight abstentions.
