The state already presented an avalanche of evidence, and it wasn’t even all they have. The state says they would be ready to go in the second half of 2027. This already feels like an eternity, so why not push the defense to meet this minimum threshold? 5. Utah taxpayers have spent over $1.6 million to date on this case, a figure that will balloon to potentially $10 million, maybe more. And the longer this drags out, the bigger the bill. This process genuinely feels like a slow motion, never ending horror. We want a fair trial, and our system demands it, but the process should also be fair to the victims who have to wait so long for justice and closure.

I am genuinely not sure where this rumor is coming from as it would appear Turning Point USA is launching another cannon of Z-list influencers into our orbit, who will prove all too eager to lie for cash…That aside, allow me to state this unequivocally: at no point before, during, or after our meeting did Erika Kirk ever offer to allow me to see Charlie Kirk’s autopsy. She has never made that claim publicly nor could she, because it simply never happened. The only document Erika offered to allow me to view was a typed transcript from Charlie’s Aspen event, which she alleged was proof Charlie passed the organization onto her. I declined to see/read the transcript of the video because the offer itself was nonsensical. It would have made sense to show me the video itself—not a transcript of it. Hope that clarifies matters.
