Most people's attachment to Evangelicalism is strongly aesthetic: they think bishops, altars, and the Real Presence are inventions of the Catholic Church, and if Lutherans have these things it's because they're blindly imitating Catholics. Once you find out that stuff really is
Watched a YouTube video where two Protestant pastors converted to Catholicism over primarily three things they found in the early church fathers that they didn't have as whatever brand of Protestantism they had:
1. Bishops
2. Altars
3. Real presence
There were some other things, but these were the major points of emphasis
Lutherans have all three

Or is there a lot more they think Rome offers that we don't?
This accurately describes the boomer Latino mindset, but it's interesting because it completely contradicts the usual view of online conservatives that all immigrants are genetically predisposed to vote Democrat and should be kept out because of this

I wish we still had a bunch of comically large birds running and flying around.
