Almost five years… that is how long the FBI has had those two devices from the night of January 5th, with one of the best bomb labs on the planet sitting inside its own house, and the man they finally charged is Brian Cole Jr., who according to former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin was a mile away on the other side of the Capitol when those bombs were placed. Read what Kyle and Steve Baker laid out this morning, because it is not complicated. The clips on those devices were professionally crimped, and the FBI never recovered a single pair of crimping pliers on any of its search warrants. The FBI showed Brian bought alligator clips, but he bought them after the bombs were already placed, and Kyle says they are the wrong brand anyway. Steve's report says the clips the bomber used are rare, not something you pick up at Home Depot, Lowe's or Walmart, and there is no online credit card trail showing Brian ever bought them. The explosive experts they talked to from just about every three letter agency, special forces EOD guys included, said the two devices in the FBI's own lab report were "not viable" or "non-functional"… built sloppy and in a hurry, yet with the strip, loop and crimp habits of somebody who has done this professionally. So who has those habits? Not a guy who bought the wrong clips after the fact. Now keep in mind the FBI runs TEDAC, the lab that studies microscopic toolmarks, how a wire gets stripped, how a trigger or a timer gets put together, on devices from all over the world. And you want me to believe they looked at these two and could not tell the work of a pro from a man who never owned the tools? Come on. As Kyle put it, the government knows Brian didn't make these devices. I have watched this movie before. When the real answer is inconvenient, they find somebody who cannot fight back, put his face on the news, and dare you to ask questions. BREAKING: Steve Baker and Kyle Seraphin just sat down with two federal law enforcement veterans, one formerly ATF and one formerly with the Air Marshals, to break down the FBI's own "Hoodie" video in the January 6 pipe bomb case… and Baker says it points to someone equipped like a cop, not Brian Cole Jr. Baker says the footage shows a handgun printing through the gray hoodie, a light body armor vest with hard edges front and back, and when the zipper comes down something that looks a lot like the hand mic of a police radio. Baker says the way that mic is worn points to someone trained and equipped like a police officer. No officer has been charged with anything. Brian Cole Jr. is the young man with autism the FBI arrested last December and charged with planting the bombs at the RNC and DNC. He pleaded not guilty. Days ago Baker released Capitol CCTV he says shows Cole on the opposite side of the Capitol while the bomber was placing devices. The FBI has had this video for almost six years.
