I’m happy to announce that Express.js documentation has a new look! 🎉
This was a huge team effort with more than a year of work behind it. Thanks to everyone involved for the support and dedication that made this launch possible.

Since AI became a bigger part of my life, especially in coding, I’ve felt more uncertain and tired. Development feels so different from when I joined Express and started my open-source journey just over two years ago

In the era of AI, our network is what makes us valuable, and the work more enjoyable.
(The work is mysterious and important).

CVE-2026-76844 for webpack-dev-middleware was published by VulnCheck without coordinating with the maintainers or the OpenJS Foundation CNA, which holds CNA scope for webpack, and before any fix existed.
The coordinated advisory and fix are now out

Thanks, Google, for the free year of Google One and, consequently, Gemini, just for being a student.
Thanks, @codemod, for the sponsorship on GitHub. I really appreciate it! :)

Is there anything you would like to see @webpack do better on? It could be everything from how we review PRs to features you want it to support
It’s been two great years being active in Express. Now it’s time to step back and focus on other projects :)
I’m not leaving the project entirely, but I am stepping away from what the Triage role entailed.

Took a session at my university to introduce folks to @webpack how bundlers work, the webpack CLI, and how webpack fits into modern web development.
Great to share what I’m building with the community @evenstensberg @alexander_akait @aviv_keller @bjohansebas
