Hello @tapairportugal, another month past since your last response regarding the refund progress of 10(!) months ago. I understand COVID-19 boost the number of customer contact, but this starts to be ridiculous.
Hello @tapairportugal your private response is I need to be patient as you have a huge delay as you received thousands of refund requests and the processes are taking much longer than expected.
But 10 (!) months and still not able to give an indication. It gives me the impression you are stalling the requests with only one goal: not paying the refund. There is no other explanation. Who can help and expedite this request? Suggestions @Consumentenbond @YourEuropeEU ?

@albertheijn mijn bezorgbundel slot voor morgen is verdwenen. Alle boodschappen op 4/1 gezet. Al vanaf 17:00 bezig om contact te krijgen en dan om 20:15 horen dat de klantenservice gesloten is. Of ik het morgen nog een keer wil proberen. #kansloos #klantonvriendelijk
