The Legend of Heroes: Trails Beyond the Horizon 9.5/10 Absolute roller coaster ride of a game. Went in expecting craziness and there were still things that made my jaw drop no matter how hard I tried to brace myself. Easily a top 5 game in the series for me. More below 👇

Overall: After starting the series with Sky 1st back in March, this was easily my 2nd most anticipated game after Cold Steel IV and it did not disappoint at all. The amazing revision of the experimental gameplay of daybreak 1 and 2 combined with the absolutely bonkers story has-

-left me so excited for EVERYTHING about Kai 2. How will they add onto the gameplay after working on the sky remakes? How will they wrap up certain character arcs? Where do we go from here? Easily an amazing set up game and a cemented top 5 for me.
