I'm not panicked about SEO and you shouldn't be either.
SGE answers are still based on the queries people search - so we'll still need marketers to understand that.
SGE still cites websites, so we'll still get clicks - just not for basic facts/info - but I can argue users never wanted a website for those.
SGE still does a search based on a query to find a website relevant for that query using the same methods current search engines use - so we'll still need to make sites that are helpful to users and crawlable/indexable.
our focus now moves to verbs - the things users want to DO that require a website, not just a random fact.
We have to become real marketers who understand user intents and needs - and I'm excited for that.

Before its power was depleted, Odysseus completed a fitting farewell transmission. Received today, this image from February 22nd showcases the crescent Earth in the backdrop, a subtle reminder of humanity’s presence in the universe.
Goodnight, Odie. We hope to hear from you again.

I was so moved to see Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson confirmed this afternoon. Like so many of you, I can’t help but feel a sense of pride—a sense of joy—to know that this deserving, accomplished Black woman will be a part of the highest court in the land.

.@aplusk & Mila Kunis were among the first to respond to our grief. They have already raised $35 million & are sending it to @flexport & @Airbnb to help 🇺🇦 refugees. Grateful for their support. Impressed by their determination. They inspire the world. #StandWithUkraine
