Hi,
Iโm Tirth, FY engineering student learning Web Dev and exploring Web3 . These GitHub repositories document my learning and projects step by step.๐ฅ

the best refactor in software engineering is deleting 500 lines of code and watching the test suite stay green.
- writing code is easy
- understanding code you wrote 6 months ago is the real test of character
- make sure you don't fail
Ethereum thesis: keep L1 ultra-decentralized so anyone can run a node on a laptop; scale execution throughput via L2 rollups.
Solana thesis: maximize L1 execution directly by harnessing multi-core hardware and parallelized SVM threads.
both pushing crypto forward.
stages of debugging:
1. that's impossible.
2. that shouldn't happen on this line.
3. wait, how was this EVER working before?
4. finds one letter typo in env variable from 3 weeks ago
5. quietly closes laptop and contemplates life choices
MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) isn't a bug, itโs an inevitable economic reality of decentralized transaction ordering.
> searchers will always arbitrage state differences.
> the real engineering challenge isn't eliminating MEV, but redistributing it back to users.
premature optimization is the root of all evil, but premature decentralization is the root of zero users.
- Postgres `EXPLAIN (ANALYZE, BUFFERS)` is the single most powerful command in backend engineering
- it shows you not just the execution time, but exactly how many memory blocks were hit vs fetched from physical disk
- master it and you will never guess query bottlenecks again
> submitting a pull request with +12 lines, -450 lines.
> no feeling on earth beats deleting bloated legacy tech debt and watching every single CI/CD test pass green.
> pure engineering dopamine.
- AI didn't make software engineering obsolete.
- it made code syntax cheap, while making system architecture, data modeling, and security 100x more valuable.
- the future belongs to engineers who understand the entire pipeline, not just syntax memorizers.
- the day web3 wins is when the word "crypto" disappears from consumer pitch decks.
- nobody asks if Uber uses TCP/IP packets or TLS handshakes, they just want a ride home.
- infrastructure is meant to be completely invisible.

reading good code feels like clean prose. reading bad code feels like investigating a crime where you're also the prime suspect.
