FINRA @FINRA and the SEC @SECGov both have mission statements of “protecting investors”, yet they’ve gone out of their way to shield institutions that have knowingly harmed investors. MMTLP proves how far they’re willing to go to “protect”. Zero accountability. Zero transparency.

I don't think he mis-spoke! Towards the end of the clip Stone says that rule 6490 is used to declare certain corporate action submissions deficient, and not process them, if we believe they are related to fraud, OR WOULD OTHERWISE THREATEN THE CLEARANCE AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEM. FINRA ignored their suspicion of fraud (image 1), they overstepped their role, authoring the MMTLP Corporate Action, then revising the Corporate Action after speaking to the DTCC/NSCC (AKA The Clearance and Settlement System). The outcome is that FINRA claimed they protected hypothetical investors that "might've" been able to open New Positions in MMTLP after 12/8, which would've been an issue relating to settlement and clearance that FINRA wants us to believe they didn't discover until after the 12/8 trading day, after two MMTLP Corporate Actions were published. But both MMTLP Corporate Actions informed the Corporate Actions Department of EVERY brokerage that purchases after 12/8 would not be entitled to the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Distribution, and FINRA's Rule 11893 allows them to nullify any transactions from brokerages that didn't understand plain English. So FINRA chose to permanently harm the actual investors in order to protect hypothetical investors that still had an extra layer of protection. Going back to what Chris Stone said about protecting the clearance and settlement system from threats... If the MMTLP Corporate Action submission was just deemed deficient and not processed, the threat to the clearance and settlement system would not have gone away. By processing the MMTLP Corporate Action, but hijacking it to instead be centered around FINRA's deletion of the trading symbol effective December 13th (40 hours before the actual EXCHANGE), FINRA was able to eliminate the threat, U3 halting trading before the December 9th trading day, removing the ability for forced liquidations and Position Close Only transactions to take place on December 9th and December 12th. It's either this, or you truly believe that FINRA neglected to recognize an issue with the timing and structure of the Corporate Action that FINRA itself created twice, the final revision occurring directly after speaking with the DTCC/NSCC without the issuer being present or consulted.
$MMTLP #MMTLP In other words, instead of using the tools @FINRA described like Rule 6490 and declaring a corporate action deficient, you published the corporate actions WITH YOUR OWN LANGUAGE/DATES to create the “significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process” and THEN issued a U3 halt. This was blatantly premeditated collusion. You’re caught. 🤓 #FINRAfraud #CheckMate

124,000 INVESTORS, ASSETS FROZEN Lara Logan asks Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Chairman and CEO Greg McCabe about the human cost of the MMTLP controversy and what has happened to the 124,000 investors caught in the middle. McCabe says shareholders have contacted him about losing access to retirement savings, college funds and money they had counted on for their families after MMTLP trading was halted and their investment became tied to shares in the private, illiquid Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. He also says he has heard of three suicides connected to the financial fallout, while making clear he does not know the specific circumstances surrounding those deaths. Lara presses McCabe to explain how a trading halt could leave investors unable to access their investment and why, more than three years later, so many shareholders are still demanding answers. @GregMcCabeJr | @GoingRoguewLara Watch the full episode: bit.ly/goingrogue-ep992 Support Going Rogue: laralogan.com/support #LaraLogan #MMTLP #NextBridgeHydrocarbons #StockMarket #RetailInvestors

This is nothing short of one of the largest financial crimes in American history! Where's the accountability??? Where's the justice??? Where's the arrests???
OVER A BILLION COUNTERFEIT SHARES Greg McCabe, CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, says the evidence points to potentially more than a billion counterfeit shares tied to his company. On Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe explains why he believes what happened to Next Bridge is not an isolated case. “We are not an outlier. We are the tip of the iceberg.” McCabe argues that similar practices extend across the financial markets, pointing to concerns raised around GameStop, AMC, President Trump’s Truth Social and Elon Musk’s Tesla. Lara Logan asks the central question: If this can happen on this scale, what does it say about the regulators charged with protecting investors and the integrity of the markets? @GregMcCabeJr | @GoingRoguewLara Watch Full Episode Here: bit.ly/goingrogue-ep992 Support Going Rogue: laralogan.com/support #LaraLogan #NakedShortSelling #WallStreet #FinancialMarkets #MMTLP

More than 3 years later, THOUSANDS of FOIA requests have been submitted to the @SECGov with less than 1% granted. Those few document releases confirm FINRA, SEC, OTC, and institutions breaking securities laws and conspiring to avoid financial ruin from naked shorting MMTLP.
FOIA request to $MMTLP shows FINRA to SEC emails. Are their fake/counterfeit shares within $MMTLP? What did FINRA and SEC discuss or find pre U3 Halt? At least 64,000 shareholders are in limbo Billions in losses..biggest financial crime in US history? tips.okeefemediagroup.com/

Naked Shorts Are Counterfeit (Fake) Shares A fake $10 bill or counterfeit concert ticket will get you in big trouble, but Wall Street and regulators look the other way as counterfeit shares flood our financial markets “If anybody tells you, ever, that there’s no such thing as naked shorting, realize that they’re very ill-informed or they’re in on the scam, there’s no other explanation Naked shorting is very real. I’ll tell you how bad it is. Donald Trump has complained about shorting against his Truth Social company. Elon Musk complained about it about on Tesla. Elon Musk has a great quote. ‘The stock market is the only place in the world where you can sell something you don’t own’….” - Greg McCabe CEO Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Courtesy: @laralogan

THEY CAME AFTER HIS FAMILY For Greg McCabe, the fight over Next Bridge Hydrocarbons didn’t stop with the company or its shareholders. He says the attacks became personal. In the newest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe describes what he calls escalating harassment from the “wolf pack,” including an incident involving his daughter’s workplace and the school attended by two of his grandchildren. “They found a list of every member of the faculty and wrote a letter to the entire faculty saying, ‘Your father-in-law is a criminal. We’re coming after him. There’s no place to hide.’” McCabe says attacking him is one thing. Going after his family crossed the line. The American dream is built on the certainty that anyone in this country can build a better life for themselves & their children. Central to that are small businesses & the stock market, where every American is supposed to have an even playing field & a fair chance. We also should be able to trust our leaders, regulators & systems. But what happened to Next Bridge Hydrocarbons & a share known as MMTLP calls all of that into question. Take a moment to listen, like, share and subscribe to Going Rogue with Lara Logan.
Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks three and a half years of public silence on the extraordinary failures of U.S. market regulation and blatant corruption at FINRA and the SEC. McCabe describes unauthorized trading of company shares, massive naked short selling, and a devastating FINRA trading halt that froze assets of 124,000 shareholders. Despite receiving SEC approval for share registration after three years, short sellers have refused to settle. OUT NOW: HOW CORRUPT ARE AMERICA’S FINANCIAL MARKETS? For the first time in three and a half years, Greg McCabe, chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, is speaking out. At the center of this explosive story are the MMTLP Army, approximately 124,000 shareholders, and disturbing allegations of corruption and regulatory failure involving FINRA and the SEC. People have lost everything. By some accounts, at least three have taken their own lives. And what happened to these investors could happen to anyone participating in the stock market. The story may sound complicated, but the consequences could not be more real.
