Exposing my name and self here but...
Per my friends suggestion, I have created a GoFundMe for my medical and dental expenses since it's an incredulous stressor on my plate.
I appreciate any donations, if possible, and shares for any potential help :(

TURN IT OFF.
Discord will soon make public server messages searchable on Google
The feature will be enabled by default for US adults, but users can opt out in their privacy settings
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Missing context: only applies to messages posted after the update, in public channels of discoverable servers.
No private servers or DMs.
Indexed messages won’t show usernames or avatars.
Admins can opt out entire servers; users can opt out their own messages.

Discord is about to put your public messages on Google
Discord will start making messages from Discoverable public servers searchable on Google and other search engines from mid-December.
The feature is ON by default in most regions, but you can opt out:
User Settings → Data & Privacy → turn off “Show my message content from Discoverable channels on web pages.”
In the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Korea, it will be OFF by default.
Private servers, DMs and group DMs are not included. Usernames and avatars won’t appear alongside indexed messages.

Hey I seriously need help here reporting @/Nixkiraa Twitter as the hacker has now accessed her account and changed her name so if we can all get this account permanently banned that would be amazing 💜

“GEN Z DOESN’T DRINK”
“GEN Z DOESN’T DATE”
“GEN Z DOESN’T BUY HOUSES”
“GEN Z DOESN’T HAVE KIDS”
“GEN Z DOESN’T SMILE”
Maybe because:
• They graduated into a pandemic
• Job hunted into an AI apocalypse
• Entered the housing market when rates hit 8%
• Watched a world war start before they turned 25
• Got their first paycheck and lost 30% to taxes they’ll never see benefits from
• Student loans kicked in the same month rent doubled
• Were told to “just network” during two years of lockdown
• Grew up on social media designed to make them feel worthless
• Watched billionaires add trillions during COVID while they lost their jobs
• Inherited a planet that’s literally on fire
• Were promised the American Dream and handed the American Bill
But yeah.
It’s the avocado toast.
