its crazy how much headroom people lose by doing sidechain wrong. the key to good headroom is by phase aligning the transient of your kicks to each harmonic, purely through addition. shaperbox can't do this, and my mixes got 12x better

engineer here i always bounce it if you ask. These are my most common in order of frequency. 1. stems from the mixdown pre master (for remixers mostly) 2. stems from the mixdown post master (live performance usually) 1/2

a perk of dealing with other peoples @ableton problems as a job means i know how to fix the uncommon glitches and issues. anecdotal at best. i check the forum a lot. those ppl are wild. insane. truly what aspire to. attached to a computer like the fat librarian in blade.🪦Pearl🪦

BEST DAY EVER! Ableton did the glitch where all the instruments are gone. Going to reinstall after I double check the file folders, but I think it cleaned them after I opened up a project from ableton 9.

TBH the amount of information people need from me in 2026 to play gigs(i never dj) in miami vs what i had to do to play minimum 4/5 shows a month winter to double in the summer in DC circa 2015 is telling.
