SIDs who put the audio recordings of players saying their own names on your rosters online, YOU are the real heroes.
My endless thanks.

Fun note about @PTI: Everyday, Tony Kornheiser preps for the show by taking written, long-hand notes in cursive on a yellow legal pad — one page for each A block story and 1/2 page for each B Block topic.
These should be on-display in the @smithsonian in DC. #PTI25

Congrats to @TaylorTannebaum who continues to expand her ESPN role. She will be part of the first season of @WTGLgolf.
Play by play voice @JustinKutcher, who is calling ESPN college football games this fall, also has a big role.

A few have asked about the @Toyota/@espnW EveryDay Hero video that ran on SportsCenter last week. I received a copy and figured I would share it here.
I am still very emotional and truly grateful for this honor.

The thing about 24 that bothers me most is…
Who is this for?
It’s not because TV was begging for it. ESPN had to be convinced.
It’s not for a boatload of new cash. Losing conf champ games is gonna make this a minimal gain.
It’s not because the 22nd team has any shot at a natty. It doesn’t.
It’s certainly not done with the health, safety, or academic success of the players in mind since they don’t even get a say in this.
It’s entirely to appease the people donating the money that keeps a financially irresponsible business model afloat. It’s discounting success so schools can say “look what your donation bought.”
It’s an industry hellbent on treating investors and bosses as the customer, and customers as an infinite resource that will keep coming back no matter what.
Incredible to see @RPotkey honored with Toyota’s Everyday Hero Award at the @espnW Women’s Summit. 👏
Every kid deserves a shot at sports, and @RPotkey is making that happen through @Goods4Greatness 🙏

.@PatMcAfeeShow just announced that he's going to make a $1M donation to the @UIchildrens Hospital as he mentioned many of the kids by name that he met last week in Iowa City. Pat and our crew were truly moved by this experience. Really special.
Former players as refs?? Where have I heard of this great idea before?
Pretty cool shot of 2007 Jim Thorpe Award winner and @ArizonaFBall All-American Antoine Cason working on the officiating crew for the Cal-UNLV game. #BearDown

With Dave Pasch calling NFL this weekend, congrats to @WesDurham, who's been elevated to Saturday's Notre Dame-UNC game on ESPN w/ @DustyDvoracek & @Taylor_McGregor.
Chapel Hill is like home to Wes, whose dad Woody was the legendary @TarHeelsFB & basketball voice from 1971-2011.
Case Keenum! @danorlovsky7 said that today’s QB position is all about precision and accuracy. Couldn’t be more true watching CK tonight.
The job @zacselmon has done since we arrived on campus 3 years ago should be studied. Currently at my first home game of the season and the fan experience is incredible.

One of my favorite photos I captured from the game. Thankful to be a part of an amazing team! Hotty Toddy!
