interesting to me how ppl are going out of their way to harass BPD bc we're apparently defending abuse and i haven't seen one person do that. all i've seen is ppl say you do fucked up things in crisis AND you have to be responsible for that after the fact. like that's just true?

Bpd can be used against you by actual abusers by reversing the victim and offender. It’ll be easier for an abuser to convince you *and others that actually, it’s YOU that’s the problem. It’s DARVO, it’s distorting your judgment and making you out as the villain for having bpd

Did you know that people with BPD can be more susceptible to abuse at times bc of our habit of intense loyalty? In my case, my neurotype was used against me. Doing something violent and saying I pushed him to it bc of my autism or bpd. It’s always the scapegoat of actual abusers

here’s my great idea: let’s isolate everyone with bpd, tell everyone they’re undatable manipulative monsters, make sure they know it’s unreasonable to ask for help or have episodes and that whatever happens bc of their disorder is 100% Their Problem exclusively and they shouldn’t expect or ask for help (that’s manipulative!) and also remind them that bringing other people that they love into it is abusing them. And then they’ll get better. There is literally no mental health treatment better than leaving people completely alone and demonizing them until they stop being mentally ill. It’s just like how if you beat your kids when they cry enough they stop whining and grow up into well adjusted adults. Foolproof plan.
