Salute to all the men I’ve had the privilege to train and be part of their career and life. To the athletes waiting their turn to make college and NFL lineups, continue to stay obsessed with the process. The best is yet to come. ⁣

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Coach Don Klostreich. He built more than a program at Sunnyside, he built a culture rooted in discipline, pride, and belief. After leading the Blue Devils to their first state title in 1979 and eight straight from 1981–88, he laid the foundation for a dynasty that has grown to 39 state championships. His impact went far beyond wrestling, he shaped lives. We send our condolences to the Klostreich family and all of his former athletes. Rest in peace, Coach Klostreich. Thank you for everything and the lasting impact you created.

Hard truth for men in their 20s: Wake up before 5am. Lift weights. Train a combat sport. Don’t play video games. Don’t smoke weed. Don’t gamble. Don’t drink alcohol. Don’t watch porn. Stop chasing cheap dopamine. Your 20s aren’t for comfort. They’re for building. Learn sales. Learn business. Learn how money actually works. Work weekends while everyone else is partying. Cut off friends who have no ambition. Build your body. Build your bank account. Strengthen your spirit. Know God. Let that be your North Star. You don’t find your purpose. You earn it through discipline, skill, and becoming valuable. Do this for 5–10 years and your life will look completely different from everyone around you. Most people won’t. That’s why it works.
