It’s days like this you might reach out to a loved one or a non CT native and tell them you’re having a tough time. “Why don’t you just get a 9-5? I told you it was a scam.” Memes are not a scam - crypto is not a scam. It’s an immune response to late stage capitalism and a broken system. What was once easy a couple generations ago is now harder than ever. A home to raise your family in, a healthy meal that’s not riddled with toxins and GMO’s, a reasonable wage that leaves you with some surplus so you can save for a better future and TIME to do the things you want to do when you want do them (within reason). We have entered the latter stages of a collapsing broken system where the entire world feels less and less inclined to keep going through the societal motions when the long term outlook looks so bleak. “How will I get ahead? Am I willing to sacrifice my ENTIRE life/freedom under the guise of 10-20 years of financial stability at the END of my life when I retire at 65?” The best memer’s are dreamers. We’re all here collectively because we want a better life for ourselves and our family. But, if this last week has shown us anything is that’s if we can’t collectively come together to some level of consensus on what we want to believe in and work with each-other then we’re all destined to fail. Stop trading, find a community, put all of your social capital into it, put every hope, dream and fear you have into its culture/memes. There is no path you’ll ever take in your life that has the certainty you seek, any incredible opportunity to grow yourself will always come with some measurable counterweight of risk.
