Hometown fighter being the aggressor in a close fight will usually favor him, though I think Puello has won it even if he loses the 12th.

If boxing in the US doesn’t have a superstar is because it has way too many divas trying to get rewarded without putting in the work!

Big fights not being made because of fighters overvaluing their worth is a bad trend lately.
Keyshawn Out Priced himself to fight me Like i said i been agreed to the fight going on 2 months i was wondering what was the hold up but He was asking for 6ms to fight me And mind you boy never even made more than a M in boxing #FIGHTOFF 🤦🏾♂️ son a clown #DBASS 😂 @Zuffa_Boxing
You think that eventually the Promoter’s won’t be able to pay fighters all this money, especially in a sport that’s declining? Then it’s either fight for a lower amount or go get another job. It has to be coming soon right? A reset of the entire system.
This is just as much Zuffa’s fault as it is Stevenson’s. You overpaid one employee, and the other one wanted the same value.
Zuffa paid Conor Benn $15 million but offered Shakur Stevenson just $7 million before he walked away without fighting. 💰❌
With questions surrounding Turki Alalshikh's money pot, Dana White faces growing uncertainty over his boxing ambitions.
White told boxing to judge Zuffa heading into 2027.
Losing Stevenson without him throwing a punch is now part of that record.🥊
I know we’re only two weeks out from Canelo-Mbilli, I just don’t see it happening with everything going on over there.
Regardless of Gervonta Davis’s problems, when it comes to fighting he’s pure entertainment. His dedication is a major question. Is he fighting because he has to or because he wants to?
I didn’t know all this. Something is definitely off.
PPV fight supposed to be in a month but:
1. US State Department has official advisory in place telling people not to travel to Saudi Arabia due to the Iran war and drone attacks
2. Turki, Sela, Ring mag have never actually announced the new date following the postponement from September even though DAZN lists it
3. Venue has not been announced
4. Tickets are not on sale
5. Undercard has not been announced
Netflix is 3 for 4 in Boxing Main Events averaging over 30 million viewers that included a 59 year old Mike Tyson and Joshua vs Paul. So yes, they want Manny Pacquiao. Let’s face it, they aren’t behind the scenes saying we want Boxing to be better.
I have a hard time believing any version of Anthony Joshua beats Tyson Fury, but definitely not this version. It seems like his punch resistance is worse and he’s always had issues with stamina going late into rounds. I think Fury easily gets the W.
Don’t blame the fighter for giving up belts, and treating belts like nothing when they can make 4-5 times more money fighting someone else, in a much bigger event. That’s a system problem.

I’ve always believed the phrase “Face of Boxing” is thrown around way too easily. I don’t know if anyone is right now. But with a strong social media following, personality, aura, and just plain exciting to watch in the ring, Ryan Garcia is the closest right now.
