We were awarded the Connected Care Innovation Grant by @Infoway and their Centre for Clinical Innovation in Digital Health. Our PERK project aims to create a national SMS/Text based discharge instruction tool for Emergency depts. Congrats to ER docs @kapurp @bprenne @docstemp
