@discord_support my 13 year old daughter’s account was hacked last week (tricked her as if she was discord support, changed her 2FA bur not her email) and we’ve tried for 7 days for support. Her old account is sending spam and hacks to other minors. Help? support.discord.com/hc/en-us…

And as you can see, the person is still sending messages. Including, ironically, the old account holder’s father. I get you guys are very busy, but your support team wrote back with a canned response after five days they had nothing to do with the problem.
