You can’t learn how to lead, build, or win just by reading and listening. At some point you have to get in the game. You’ll mess up. It’ll suck. But you’ll figure it out and you’ll come out stronger. Consumption isn’t progress. Action is.

A PMP is a direct, practical credential that signals immediate expertise in project management, while an MBA is broader and varies in value depending on where it’s from.
If someone’s optimizing for leadership within operations or project-driven roles, a PMP can absolutely carry more weight than an MBA from a non-top-tier school.
I've been seeing a lot of #ProgramManagement roles that want someone with deep knowledge of Salesforce.
If you have the time to, it's worth adding #Salesforce to your skillet!
