@virginmedia rubbish service. Engineer was booked Thursday to migrate the care alarm and phone to digital. He couldn’t do it and promised me we would stay analog until it was sorted. So today you have swapped us over to digital leaving an 89 year old with a landline or care alarm

I understand that this is a very concerning time for businesses up and down the country.
