it’s almost a rule of thumb that when you cast a comedy actor in a sad movie, they’ll deliver a career-best performance
JESUS! sing @JaiLenJosey_ !
Mannnn if y’all ever get the opportunity to see @JaiLenJosey_ live you NEED to make sure you are in the room! There’s a salve in this woman’s voice that can take the ache out of ANY pain you’re feeling 😮💨 not to mention she’s beautiful inside & out! so lovely to meet you! 💚

A sole obsession with modernity makes for a shallow tastemaker. I simply can’t trust people who are only curious and knowledgeable about the world in which they exist. That’s true from politics to art.

Missy is saying a whole lot here💀. That’s why I tell people to always pay attention to who is in Janet’s circle. Who she champions
And yes, Janet could easily say I carved my own lane. I don’t even have to bother trying to compete with talent after me but she’s too humble to 😂

This might sound crazy.
But one of the skills you NEED to learn is how to deal with a more and more illiterate society full of emotionally dysregulated people.
If you keep getting frustrated every day over how "ďumb" everything/everyone seems, the stress of it is going to wreck your mind.
