Mormonism is a grift that has tricked its members into above average economic prosperity, educational attainment, community engagement, strong families, personal well being and healthy living. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Mormonism is a grift invented by Joseph Smith in the 1890s. Sadly, it will lead every Mormon to eternal torment. If it were true archeology, history, textual support from confirm parts of LDS. NOT 1 item outside of the LDS quad shows any support for the myths of the LDS.

The genius of this BYU logo is rarely talked about. Whoever created it did so with the intention that the cougar is overpowering, scratching, clawing, biting and ultimately punching down through the U. Could it be a subtle, but not so subtle jab at Utah?

Time to eat at my local Chik Fil A again. It’s been a minute.
WATCH: NBC’s ‘Today’ spent over 90 seconds of its six-minute-plus profile of third-generation Chick-fil-A Andrew Cathy harassing him over his family’s Christian roots supporting traditional marriage, which led to the bans, protesters, and threats to the company in 2012

Okay…… I’m all about “Good Sportsmanship” but the folks at @BYUtv, have taken “Sportsmanship” to a whole different level!!! Imagine my shock when they asked to do an “interview” with me and this was the final product???? Many stories about my life have been told, but none as eloquent as this. @zogwin and Brandon Crow did an AMAZING job showing how Football & @NotreDame changed the lives of my Mom and I 39 years ago - Thank You @BigStoriesBYUtv!!!!!! Go Cougs!!! (and of course GO IRISH!!) #GoIrish 🍀 @NDFootball

Ask someone under 30 to drive you to the next town over without using their phone. Most of them can’t get to the freeway, let alone tell you what direction that town is.
I made an unsettling discovery in my undergraduate class on financial planning last week. While explaining mortgages, I asked my 38 students this question: if you buy a $400,000 house and pay 20% in cash towards the purchase, what will be the amount that you finance? Not a single student could tell me the answer. Despite the fact that they are all juniors and seniors majoring in business. I added more questions: what is 30 percent of 80? 60 percent of 90? They didn’t know. The closest they got was when one student said, in response to my query of “40% of 70”, that “I know it’s 4 times 7 but I don’t remember what that is.” Another student helpfully added, “28.” They explained to me why they couldn’t answer these math questions: they were never taught multiplication tables, percentages or fractions during their K-12 schooling. Instead, they were taught how to use a calculator. Without one, they are not able to do basic arithmetic. I later asked the dean about this, and he lamented that this isn’t a thing just for our university’s students; it’s a thing for their entire generation, nationwide. When I was in K-12, the fierce debate among parents and educators was whether to allow calculators in class. The calculators won. Today, the debate is about AI. And like before, the tech will win. But will that truly be a victory? Rowan University #college #math #loans #CFP #financialplanning

This would have hit so much harder during Priesthood session right before banana splits.
Putting money or something of value at risk to bet on a particular outcome or event is an activity that has plagued mankind almost, I suppose, from the beginning of time. And time has not made it any more worthwhile or any less harmful. Unfortunately, in recent years, gambling has become incredibly pervasive. #GeneralConference

Nobody hates mormons, they make fun of them because their religion is literally a fairy tale and makes absolutely no sense, and cannot be verified historically or archeologically. To be mormon is to cease to have a lick of common sense. At least catholicism masquerades as Christianity, albeit very badly.

EXCLUSIVE: A Nigerian chieftain billed Medicaid more than $36 million, then snapped up luxury properties in California and built a magnificent palace in Abatete, Nigeria—including a golden statue of himself. The experts told us it has all the red flags for fraud.

Can anyone who owns a business in Utah vouch for this? I know it’s hard to find skilled workers, but bringing in cheap outside labor isn’t going to cure that.
Utah employers tell me time and again how difficult it's become to find enough workers to meet growing demands. Our bill allows states to sponsor visas tailored to their unique workforce needs, while ensuring rigorous federal vetting and accountability. deseret.com/politics/2026/08…
