So heartbroken over the happenings at SNY. One of the best things about my post playing days has been the level of talent at every level of SNY I’ve been able to work with. In front of the camera, but behind as well. I’m truly at a loss here.

This season, Aaron Judge officially notched 10 Years of Service Time -- a feat less than 10% of players achieve in MLB history. While he has amassed a long list of accomplishments on the field, he reflects on those who sacrificed off the field to get him to where he is today.
Congrats, @TheJudge44, on ten years of leaving the game better than you found it. ❤️

😔 sad day 🙏 Jerry had a fairy tale life! Loved hearing his stories about pitching, the Mets and farm life. Will always remember going to Smith and Wollenskys with Jerry and walking around NYC. Always full of energy and one of a kind. Heroes get remembered but legends never die

We are mourning the loss of Yogi’s friend Jerry Koosman today. A pivotal part of the Miracle #Mets, he was also a great man and friend. Sending all our love to Jerry’s family.

Legendary Mets pitcher Jerry Koosman has passed away at the age of 83. Koosman spent 12 of his 19 MLB seasons with the Mets from 1967-1978. He was a member of the 1969 World Series team and the 1973 NL pennant-winning Mets. Koosman made two All-Star teams and amassed 140 wins in his 12 years in Queens.
Koosman went on to pitch for the Twins, White Sox and Phillies before the end of his career. He was inducted into the Mets Hall of Fame in 1989 and had his No. 36 retired by the Mets in 2021. RIP.
