Having BlackRock and Fidelity which have created ETFs for Bitcoin and $ETH is enough We don’t necessarily need the CLARITY Act. That’s what I was referring to in my previous post the law is mainly intended for another purpose.

The U.S. isn’t trying to implement the CLARITY Act simply because it cares about crypto It’s also about protecting the value and global dominance of the U.S. dollar. For example stablecoins like USDC and USDT can support the dollar When people around the world use dollar-backed stablecoins they effectively increase global demand for dollars. Ultimately what matters most to me is that BlackRock continues to stay involved in the market not just having a law that exists on paper.
