Digital assets are past the experimental phase. The real question now: how do regulation, risk and allocation fit together?
On 13.10 we co-hosted a morning at EY Pont-Rouge, Geneva, with EY , BelemCapital & Swiss Risk Association to dig in
To close the morning, our President @DelforgeJules took the stage to present the BSA: who we are, what we build at EPFL, and how we connect students with the Swiss digital asset ecosystem.
80+ allocators, family offices and risk pros, with EPFL builders in the same room. That’s the bridge we want to build.

We supported the Blockchain Student Association at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne during their annual conference.
They ran a 250-person conference and a 50-team hackathon on top of internships, PhDs, and full-time studies.

A few weeks ago, I went to EPFL, one of the world's top engineering schools.
Often called the MIT of Europe.
I asked the @bsaepfl team to describe their club in 3 words
Events, Good vibes, Travels, Sleepless...
None of them is paid for this.
They ran a 250-person conference and a 50-team hackathon on top of internships, PhDs, full-time studies.
They ship more than some of the full-time crypto teams from the space, and get a fraction of the visibility.
3 days with them at @EPFL, exactly the kind of community @Ledger N3XT was built to back.
Adoption won't come from ads. It'll come from the friends who already get it. :)

Meet Mugen Genesis Finalist 06: @abyssdotxyz
Abyss is building a decentralized liquidity protocol on Sui, focused on deep liquidity and true on-chain freedom.
Behind it are @Oxwepo & Gaël Losada, who also run @bsaepfl.
And their secret to settling founder disagreements?
🥋 They both practice martial arts, and sometimes decisions are settled during sparring.
Founder alignment, taken literally.

Meet Mugen Genesis Finalist 01: @Orchestra_web3
Orchestra is building AI agents that turn natural-language instructions into on-chain actions, making crypto simpler, safer and more accessible.
🏆 At @ETHGlobal Cannes 2026, Orchestra took 3rd place in the Best @openclaw Agent on @0G_labs track.
Behind Orchestra are three @bsaepfl builders:
- Hassene Ezzeddine (@Up4theLayUp)
- Youssef Jeddi (@YoussefJeddi6), an EPFL Master’s student focused on cybersecurity

And a favorite fun fact about the team?
Less than one year ago, they had never built anything in Web3 and their GitHubs were still empty.
Today, they’re building at the intersection of AI × Web3 and pitching as Mugen Genesis finalists.
