Please let people enjoy the harmless things that bring them joy. Support has no single language, & not everyone copes or finds comfort the same way. Sometimes, they simply need a little light in an otherwise exhausting day. Let them keep the little things that help them breathe.

there's no shame in allowing something to mean so much to you, nor is there anything wrong with realizing that your heart needs something different now, whether that means walking away or learning to appreciate things differently, I hope we never feel guilty for honoring what feels right for us, wherever that may lead 😮‍💨

perhaps one of the bravest things we can do is to give ourselves permission to choose differently, to want more, to embrace the uncertainty of what comes next, and believe that there’s still so much more life has to offer, kaya sana, may we all find the courage to give ourselves that chance 🙂‍↕️
