My biggest post so far got 22,000+ impressions. The hook? “Someone with zero coding experience + Claude can outperform an average developer.” 469 likes. 114 replies. People say controversial opinions hurt your personal brand. My analytics disagree.

I analysed my first 290,000 impressions on X. The posts I spent ages writing? Mostly average. The posts that blew up? Strong opinion. Specific number. Simple hook. Something worth arguing with. Overthinking might be the biggest reach killer on X.
