Being right years ahead of others isn’t nearly as satisfying as people think. Nobody apologizes for treating you like a crazy. They just come back years later, repeating what you told them as if it’s some groundbreaking revelation because they finally heard it from someone else.

Now that the midterms craze is coming to an end, it's important to remind everyone that the U.S. IS CURRENTLY IMPOSING A FUEL BLOCKADE VS CUBA THAT IS LITERALLY KILLING CHILDREN.
Thank you for the attention to this matter.

A lesson from the Obama “we tortured some folks” years too. When Patrick Leahy proposed a truth commission-style investigation of the Bush years, Arlen Specter responded with “This is not Latin America.”
Replying to @DavidKlion
The big lesson of the Biden years is that you have to prosecute these people. You can’t just move on. You need to make the next generation of grifters and hate mongers scared for their lives.

To centrists who mock this as quixotic or whatever: Your concern is not that it’s unfeasible but that it conflicts with your own priority of strengthening fascism. That has been your goal historically + today. Your opinion on how to escape the hell you threw us into is irrelevant

There are lots of things Dems must do. Here's one: Denazification
It’s unconscionable that Dems have spent YEARS feeding billions of dollars to a Nazi who spends half his time lying about “white genocide” and the other half funding efforts to end democracy here and abroad (1/6)

This scumbag never worked a day in his life, born to the so-called royal family, yet he has the audacity to be angry at someone for not bringing him an umbrella? Is he made of sugar that he cannot withstand a bit of rain?
Abolish this fake British monarchy

Good. Real revolutionary shit. I’m proud of you.

Practically every Dem voter in the country demanded accountability to stop the advance of fascism. We are at the brink. Having no Speaker at all would be better than Hakeem Jeffries.

People need to stop looking at lines like this and thinking wow this is so awesome so many people are voting and start seeing these insanely long lines as what they are- a form of voter suppression.

I assumed it was made up. It's not.
Apple Maps has reinstated old imagery of Gaza.
So all the buildings still exist.
The left is Apple and the right is Google of Rafah, a city that is entirely "erased" by the IOF.
What stage of propaganda for Israel is this?

It is only through a collective multiplication and refining of repertoires that uprisings can emerge not as a form of disorder that remains fleeting and isolated but as a form of disorder whose scale and force is world historical.

.@the_andrey_x and I were charged with assault, along with five other offenses. After being kept up all night and interrogated for seven hours, we finally saw a judge. He watched the footage and concluded it was clearly a one-sided attack and that we were the victims. His response was to ban us from the West Bank for two months, let the police keep my phone, and bring no charges against the settlers he had just watched attack us.
Hi, I'm free.
Beat up but fine. Police stole my phone. Settlers punched me in the face several times, likely broke @AdeleShoko's wrist and gave @the_andrey_x a concussion. They threatened to shoot us with an assault rifle over and over.
Will tell the full story later, but for now, I just want to be clear about what happened. We witnessed two settlers locking a military gate in Umm al-Khair, blocking the only way to more than twenty Palestinian communities: trapping families inside, preventing students from reaching school and workers from their jobs, blocking delivery of food and access to ambulances, etc.
It's a crime that the military has this ability at all--but last night, we discovered that random settler terrorists also have the key. We confronted them and began asking questions on camera, and they nearly murdered us for it. When the police finally arrived, they arrested Andrey and me and charged us with assault.
The gate is still locked.

Sorry I forgot you aren’t allowed to say that politicians for example the premier of Alberta should do any kind of self harm (fatal or not) so I deleted my tweet saying what I think she should do
