When you call your reps to say NO to Jeffries and Schumer it is crucial to say that they CANNOT be replaced with someone who has the same policies on Israel/Palestine and who is against Medicare for All. This must be the litmus test: Not just new blood, new policies.
I called my Representative and Senators and told them that they should oppose Jeffries and Schumer for leadership roles. It took five minutes, please do the same.
Here's a simple script for you:
"Hello, my name is [your name, then spell it], I’m a constituent in [zip code]. I want [Representative/Senator Name] to oppose [Jeffries/Schumer] in leadership for the new Congress and support someone new.
