Aarifah Rebello (@buttonbagchic) on her song ‘now she knows’ and the artwork:
“I deeply connected with nature while working on this song and was amazed at how it would take its time to grow, how plants would thrive in perfect conditions and how we as humans are like plants.

This whole spiel of 21days makes a habit might be true. But im not super human to do this in every aspect of my life. Not yet anyway.
I think right now my goals are to observe my natural behaviour before just changing it to accomodate norms.
I was just getting into a semblance of routine. Waking up everyday by 930am latest. And inspiration w work just messed it all "by saying something stupid like i looooveee youuuuuu"
Why am I still up :p
I'm understanding what a true love/hate relationship is like. With my work.
Day #(I'm not sure will count when i have the space):
I will survive by Gloria Gaynor is on repeat in my head...mostly coz it was a part of my setlist today
"As long as I know how to love I know I'll stay alive."
Isn't that all we really want tho - to stay/feel alive?
Me: Okay so I practiced, did the dishes, laundry, made dinner and yoga. I'm ded.
Also me: tomorrow's a whole new day 💀
