it's going to be a year since i joined runable kudos to the full team.. i came in as a college kid who could write some code.. and then i just.. watched these people work nobody here ever told me to work harder.. you just look around and it becomes impossible to be the guy doing less seen people show up the morning after an all-nighter like nothing happened i've learned more in this one year than everything before it combined.. and i owe that entirely to this team today belongs to them.. every single bit of it proudest year of my life.. and it genuinely feels like we're just warming up
We raised $21M to help small businesses beat the giants We're giving $1M of it back to you today Today we're launching Runable Grow: world's first agent that runs your entire go-to-market. 24/7 The last few months have been unreal. Millions of users came to @runable_hq and built their entire business on it, websites, databases, payments, analytics, pitch decks, product videos & scheduled work. Every single one of them asked the same question: "How do I grow it?" So we built the answer. Runable Grow handles GTM end-to-end: → Runs ads on Meta, Google, and ChatGPT without any account, fully managed by Runable → Cold calls + cold emails from a real phone number and your business inbox → Generates and qualifies leads → Social listening → SEO + AEO optimization Not a dashboard. Not a "copilot." An agent that does the work. It's a world-class media buyer, SDR, SEO lead, brand analyst working for your business while you sleep. Don't believe me? Prove me wrong. Your first $100 on Grow is on us. Every paid user. No catch. Go break it 👇 runable.com

Most of what you believe right now you didn't decide someone decided it for you you watched a video, heard a take, saw a post. It sounded smart, so you kept it. then you repeated it as if it were yours right !? but where those opinions come from ?? there's a study published by the EU checked 576 influencers 97% posted commercial content. Only 20% consistently told you it was an ad ads are great .. no wrong in that I don't think brands or influencers are evil. I think it's worth understanding how this works Brands will always spin, no company tells the whole truth and that's marketing, and it's been this way forever. I don't love it and I won't promote it, but I'm not naive about it either Influencers promoting things is fine too. When it's done right, the brand grows and the audience learns something. Everyone wins. But if your name is on it, you owe people one thing: > research it before you say it right > check if it's true before you tell it to thousands of people who TRUST you > most ppl won't that's why the responsibility comes back to you but what you can do is 1. catch it when something sounds right, pause.. did you think it, or did you just absorb it ? 2. follow the money every opinion has an owner.. ask who wins if you believe it 3. go to the source skip the summary. skip the reaction video. read the thing itself 4. let it sit don't repeat it the same day.. give your own brain a turn first an opinion you checked yourself is worth more than a hundred you borrowed

hr: whats your expected ctc candidate: 25 griffin: he blinked twice, offer 15
Introducing Griffin, the first model to pass the video Turing test. 48% of people who talked to it live thought it was a real human. Previous systems have had a pass rate <3%. It is #1 on NVIDIA's benchmark for full-duplex AI video. It’s the first Human Interaction Model (HIM).
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The 48% figure and "video Turing test" claim are from Tavus's own study of 54 one-minute calls, not independently verified or using a standard protocol. Griffin-Lite leads NVIDIA's VideoFDB benchmark on their public leaderboard. cellcog.ai/blog/tavus-gri… research.nvidia.com/labs/amri/proj… tech-ish.com/2026/10/02/tav…

Argon is the cheapest of the top models its 5x cheaper than gpt-6
Replying to @GoogleDeepMind
With a 1M token output limit, Argon adds a deeper level of reasoning to tackle long, multi-step problems in one go. Feedback from early testers will help us strengthen our systems before we roll out more broadly to developers, enterprises, and consumers soon. Find out more → goo.gle/4rZBiSd

google's last pro model came out nov 2025 and argon literally means lazy in greek
Lots of discussion out there about our next model(!), so I wanted to give an early look as soon as possible. Introducing Gemini 4 Argon! It shows frontier performance in complex workflows, cyber defense and software engineering. Teams are using it extensively at Google, from coding to quantum computing, great feedback. Here’s a look at the benchmarks:

my small contribution on your first day as chief revenue officer
I’m super excited to join Cognition as its Chief Revenue Officer. Going from the 1st sales rep at Snowflake to CRO at a $100b public company was the thrill of a lifetime.   Never in my wildest imagination did I think I'd get the opportunity to jump on another rocket ship.  Meeting Scott, Russell, and the entire team at Cognition got me so excited to do it again with world-class technology. Hearing how customers spoke about how Devin is transforming their business made me realize this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. While I am not jumping on as the first sales rep this time, I can’t wait to dive in and help drive amazing customer outcomes while building a world-class sales team.  As many of you know, Chad Peets was my co-pilot in building the sales team at Snowflake and my business partner when I joined RPT.  There is no world where I could be the best version of myself without Chad.  So I am thrilled that Chad and the RPT team will be working closely with me in our pursuit of building a generational company.  LFG!!
