Hoy hemos presentado nuestra investigación de los proyectos Intramural y PMed4HB (pmed4hb.eu) en el Primer Congreso CIBER en Valencia, desarrollada en colaboración con seis grupos CIBER.

En el marc de la Setmana de la Ciència a Badalona, la nostra investigadora postdoctoral Manuela Barranco ha fet una xerrada titulada "Medicina Traslacional: el hepatoblastoma com a exemple" adreçada a estudiants de secundària i batxillerat científic.

També va agrair el suport de @ContraCancerEs en el projecte PMed4HB (pmed4hb.eu). Agraïm també el suport de @GTRecerca i la Fundació @KickcancerF.

Over the past two days, the European Pathology Panel Review group has successfully reviewed 116 new cases, bringing the total to 499! 🔬 Additionally, Carolina Armengol presented insightful findings on the associations between specific mutations and childhood liver tumors.

🎉 Exciting News from Our Lab! 🎉 We are thrilled to share that our PhD student Andrea has successfully presented her research on pediatric liver cancer at the II CARE (Translational Programme in Cancer Research) Workshop a flash talk, and today as a poster at BCIN! 🌟

◾ Andrea Castaneda presented her work on "Transcriptomic Profiling of diagnostic specimens of hepatoblastoma", shedding light on molecular features that can guide future therapeutic strategies.

◾ Álvaro del Río Álvarez presented our latest work titled: "Validation of Prognostic Biomarkers of Hepatoblastoma Using Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded Samples from Patients of the European SIOPEL-3 Clinical Trial."

Yesterday, our esteemed postdoctoral researcher Manuela presented both a poster and a flask talk titled: "FIRST NATIONAL BIOLOGICAL COLLECTION OF CHILDHOOD LIVER CANCER: 14 YEARS WORKING TO IMPROVE CHILDREN'S HEALTH." at the #AEEH Congress - 6 Reunión de Hepatología Traslacional.
