The intensity of your grief matches the intensity of your love. People who never hurt deeply likely never loved deeply either.

This is a damning indictment of our system, not an endorsement of the serviceman’s ability — which is taken for granted.
"I always say our adversaries in all the wars had better equipment, better fighters, better radars than us. But in the end, it is the man behind the machine…” says Retd Air Marshal @sanjeev__kapoor. He points to the importance of training and human decision-making even as drones and other technologies rapidly reshape the modern battlefield. #IAF #TarangShakti #FighterJets #MilitaryAviation #BattleCry | @gauravcsawant

love to see Walmart, Costco, Home Depot in India. Middle class consumers of India are fleeced to keep unproductive sections of society happy while being blocked from good quality international products.
If India is bowing to US anyways, why not open Indian market to American agriculture, dairy, meat, cars etc ?! They will benefit the long suffering Indian middle class and undercut dhandhos and madarkissans who are burden on India.

Please help me by RETWEETING this. 🙏 My family is going through an extremely difficult time, and every bit of attention matters.
My father is hospitalized at Fortis Hospital with a brain hemorrhage, and @CareInsuranceIN has been delaying his claim day after day for 5 DAYS, impacting his timely treatment. At such an unimaginably painful time for our family, having health insurance that puts us through…

hello there the jacobian conjecture is false thanx to my close friend akhil for asking about it and my other close friend fable for working during the world cup final ((1+xy)^3 z + y^2 (1+xy) (4+3xy), y + 3 x (1+xy)^2 z + 3 x y^2 (4+3xy), 2 x - 3 x^2 y - x^3 z): \C^3\to \C^3, has jacobian determinant -2, and sends (0, 0, -1/4), (1, -3/2, 13/2), and (-1, 3/2, 13/2) to (-1/4, 0, 0)

Please don’t defend the indefensible. ICF has crap Manufacturing practices and its own manufacturing of the stainless steel shells leaves a lot to be desired. Also while the IP maybe owned by ICF it was heavily designed with design inputs from Polish firm EC Engineering. IVF doesn’t have a design and development capability of worth.

Vishnu, we're importing used Jags from UK to cannibalize for parts. A jet that's like 50yo. Even though HAL got the right to assemble these, they did not get right to manufacture most of the sub assemblies. This is what you are asking for by saying that LCA1A/2, AMCA be starved.

Every other company on that list has their products as the mainstay of their militaries The treatment of @sssdefence is the entire story of India’s ‘self reliance’ farce
It’s a small group and we are there..the 11th man is @sssdefence. Now why should this fact even be stated ? We start every pitch with this milestone & there is always disbelief. We’re a country low on confidence in military hardware. Even Claude AI could be wrong can be an easy retort. But nothing can take this away from us - an underdog bunch from Bharat did kickass @SpokespersonMoD @DefProdnIndia

Like it or not "Because it is the right thing to do" has virtually never been sufficient motivational force to get society moving to effect change. People act when their personal interests are threatened, not before and not after.

It's rather a compulsive behaviour. The country is poor precisely because Indians are corrupt. Some deplorable comment justifying the theft is an evidence of this.

India needs a period of high culture like that of Victorian England 5-6 decades of elite culture that honors real achievement and looks down unforgivingly upon everything else People look at England today and wonder - oh how did this nation rule the world But the unworthies today are standing on the shoulders of giants. India is at a critical juncture in its history . But our culture is sort of rotten. Our billionaires aren’t funding cutting edge research , foundation labs, building museums. But instead waste their time owning t20 circus teams
Today, I learnt: there was a British army officer sent to fight in the Revolt of 1857 in north India who somehow found the time to observe and make notes on the 200+ bird species he saw in Awadh and Kumaon. He published these in 1861.

This is basically the upper-middle-class Indian endgame: make enough money that your contact with India becomes optional. Gated society, home delivery, remote work, one reliable maid, one dog, one car, and frequent vacations abroad when the background dysfunction gets too exhausting. This is a rational response to the daily friction of Indian urban existence.
I know a married couple who live in same society as I do. Both work from home, with a combined package of over 60 - 70 lakhs. Have a car but hardly go out. Have a pet dog and full-time house help. Rarely go out thanks to Blinkit, Swiggy, UrbanClap, etc. They take one foreign trip every 3-4 months. This is the new lifestyle that many urban couples are living today - either inside a gated society or a flight abroad.
