One of our favorite lunches! Our High School staff made 56 racks of ribs, local & farm fresh from Bator's Farm for our students today! Alongside some whole grain mac and cheese, green beans, and homemade apple crisp! 😋😋😋
Farm-fresh rotisserie chicken from Nallie Pastures in Dracut, MA, whole wheat roll from Fantini Bakery in Haverhill, MA, roasted potatoes, local corn on the cob from Galenski Farms in Deerfield, MA, farm-fresh local apple from Blue Hills Orchard in Wallingford, CT.
