I haven't seen anyone talking about this! In Harajuku I saw the building work for the replica of the old station that was demolished in 2020.
It'll be a "commercial complex" (shops & cafes?) - and this must be it! It's right next to the new station (on the left in the pic).
My calendar has the dates of Japanese festivals in 2027 (there are SO MANY!).

Japan's new tax-free shopping system starts on 1st Nov. Instead of taking the tax off at the till, you'll need to scan your passport at the airport to get the tax refund. Full details in my video: youtu.be/sfKwLrbCSXQ

If anyone's about to go to Japan & wondering about the weather, in Tokyo it's still lovely & warm t-shirt weather in the daytime (23-29°C), but you need a light hoodie in the evenings. There's a typhoon coming though so watch out for that.
