BREAKING: Nearly half of the girls cross-country team in Camas, Washington, just forfeited their race. They refused to compete against a boy. This is bravery. Vote YES on I-638 to stand with them. Video: @KnownHeretic

Jessica Bates, a widowed mother and devout Christian, is now free to apply as an adoptive parent in Oregon—WITHOUT promising to take kids to pride parades, give them cross-sex hormones, or use inaccurate pronouns. That’s the result of a legal settlement @ADFLegal has now finalized with state officials. It comes after our landmark victory for Jessica at the 9th Circuit last year. Jessica’s case marked an important legal turning point. For years, ADF has been litigating against a wave of blue states pushing Christians—and others who can’t affirm gender ideology—out of foster care and adoption. Jessica, who originally hoped to adopt a sibling pair out of Oregon’s overwhelmed foster system, was barred from doing so because the state put gender ideology first. Jessica could have quietly accepted defeat. But she believed God had called her to adopt—and she knew injustice when she saw it. Kids in foster care don’t need pride parades or hormone shots. They need loving families. So with our help, she stood up against Oregon in court—and her victory at the 9th Circuit was the first of its kind. It’s helping turn the tide not just in Oregon, but other states as well. Since winning Bates, we’ve seen similar policies rolled back in Massachusetts, Washington, and Vermont. All thanks to Jessica’s courage. I’m thrilled she can finally realize the call to adopt that started it all.

A Massachusetts family says the state took custody of their teenage daughter after they refused to affirm her as a boy, citing their Catholic faith. The parents allege a school counselor socially transitioned their daughter without their knowledge, then reported them to the Department of Children and Families. Now the state has guardianship, and a restraining order prevents the teen's parents and older brother from contacting her. A judge has temporarily blocked the state from administering high-dose testosterone as the family fights the case. The next court hearing is set for Oct. 29. | @LaurenGreenFox @AmericaNewsroom

What I’m hearing is “I chose to be an activist rather than an impartial juror.”
During her next media tour stop, juror Paula Devlin says the mostly female jury knew the Lindsay Clancy trial could create change to “make it better for other women.” “We knew that this was a turning point, and this would be something that could change something to make it better for other women…”

When someone fights hard for a system where it would be impossible to prove fraud, there is a likely reason. They want to have cover for fraud. Republicans didn't expect him to win. But for the statistics to completely flip in favor of the socialist, only after same day voting counts were announced...I guess it was a Christmas miracle.

PROOF OF CHEATING IN CALIFORNIA. Notice that Karen Bass and Nithya Raman each increased by about 10,000 votes, but Spencer Pratts number stayed the EXACT SAME. So, in over 20K votes cast, Spencer didn't get ONE. This is IMPOSSIBLE. The fix is surely in.

Johanna Olson-Kennedy is the doctor who tried to prevent the release of federally funded research, which to her anger, did not show positive outcomes for children who go on puberty blockers for trans purposes.
This manipulative, terrible woman on the left of your screen is who gave puberty blockers to Clementine after just one half-hour appointment at the age of 12. She told her parents they would have a dead daughter if they didn’t go along with it. Johanna Olson-Kennedy then put Clementine on testosterone at 13, and sent her for a double mastectomy at 14. She never even bothered to ask Clementine about her history. In 5 minutes, I learned more than this doctor who sent her on a path of sterility and irreversible harm. Thankfully, Clementine is now suing her!

At @HHSGov, we will not stand for states removing children from their families and transitioning them to a new gender against the parents’ will. Along with @ADM_Christine, we will keep families together whenever it is safe to do so. This week, we notified all 50 states that exercising sincerely held religious beliefs should not constitute child abuse or neglect under federal law.

Today is Valentine's day. For Catholics it is the feast of Saint Valentine. Emperor Claudius II banned marriage for young men because he believed single men made better soldiers (no attachments). Valentine defied the Empire because he followed the laws of God, not of men. He married couples in secret by candlelight in the catacombs. He knew that the State does not own the Family. He was beaten with clubs and beheaded on February 14, 269 AD. He died protecting the sacrament of Matrimony. This sacrament is under attack today from all sides, now more than ever. Sister Lucia said: "The final battle between Christ and Satan will be over marriage and the family." So instead of celebrating a secular Valentine's day, celebrate the life of this great saint who was martyred for his love of God.
