@SP_EnergyPeople Phone lines closed, chat service not fit for purpose, FAQ's are very poor. All I want to do is change the standing charge on my smart meter as it is 10times what it should be and sending my old folks into a spin!

Copied them in on Tweet calling USA rental companies sharks. Charged $106 for a car seat rental for 2 weeks. Walmart seat $50. The entire pickup process is over complex to confuse and provide an upsell opportunity. Got a refund for the car seat, which in my view should FOC

USA car hire, is it me or are these companies sharks? Recently hired a vehicle and needed a child's car seat, got charged $98 for 2 weeks. It was A $50 Walmart seat. Just received the invoice and $40 service charge has been added! @thriftycars
