The new novel from ALI SMITH — it’s brilliant. I’ve read it twice — tiny nips and tweaks made yesterday by Ali —and it’s with the copy-editor now. Coming this October!

Talking to the lovely @CarolineLucas at the recent @camlitfest about her political life, her political future and her new book arguing that the progressive left need to discover Another England, through literature and tapping into an alternative set of stories about our nation.
And SUNDAY at the festival - it's a wrap!
Thank you to our wonderful, engaged audiences, our generous and incisive speakers, and our tireless volunteers and staff. We’ve had a blast and we hope you have too!

Was gutted I was working when @PryorFrancis was talking @camlitfest but the wonderful Christie sorted out a dedicated copy and it’s beautiful. Can’t wait to dive in! Flag fen was the first archaeological site I went to as a child and time team cemented my love of history!
